I have came here several times. if you have a reservation you may get in if you don’t it could be a 30 minute wait. Getting your pizza could take up to 40 minutes. Pizza price is a little higher than average.

We took our 5 yr old grandson… and were pleasantly surprised how nice it was! The staff, people and kids were very nice — everyone was helpful and having a good time. The pizza was edible — did take a little too long to get to our table. I had coupons that I got from the website — made it a good deal and the coupons for extra tickets on the cups are great! Nice that each game only took 1 token. My grandson would have enjoyed having a skeeball machine in the kiddie area. He found lots to do — better than at other arcade places where he can’t do too many of the games. Some of the games in the kiddie area are still too high/tall for the shorter kids — step stools around would be helpful. We loved the security at the entrance — felt comfortable letting our grandson wonder around by himself a little. Staff was limited — someone monitoring the arcade area would have been helpful when games weren’t working/floor needed cleaning up. Nice choice of prizes — young man helping my grandson was very helpful and patient! Overall — we’ll be back!

Celebrated my nephews birthday here and I can’t stress enough the staff that took the time to make the day so special! Brandyn, Betsy and Gabriel thank you guys for making it such a memorable day for a six year old!

I have gone to this Chuck E Cheese’s for many, many years and have had several less than great experiences, but last night was one of the worst. I was there for a birthday party, but my family and I ordered food for ourselves. We ordered cheesey breadsticks and their mac and cheese pizza that is available for a limited time only. After some time had passed and we asked several employees walking around the status of our food and they all said they would go check but never returned. After over 40 minutes my grandmother decided to get up and go ask the cashier what was going on. They said they tried looking for us but couldn’t find us, even though our number was clearly displayed at the end of our table. Then they proceeded to tell us that they never had the products to make the mac and cheese pizza to begin with and had not made our pizza. No one offered us anything for our troubles and were not very apologetic. We got our money back and ate somewhere else after the party. Last night was a very disappointing experience.

This chuckee cheeses is one of the reasons I visit Stevenson ranch. It is further away from my house than another kocation, but I come here because of the convenience. Staff is always courteous, and the food is always fresh! Daughter loves all the games. See you next week!

This is literally the worst chuck e cheese I’ve ever been to! The manager was rude and tried to tell me the extra 100 tickets, that he gave us when we got there, weren’t valid! I had to show him the new ones to prove it was. We also alerted the staff to one of the machines stealing coins and not working, and they basically didn’t care. The only reason this place got 2 stars was because the pizza was actually really good. Up to you, good food and bad service, or just go to a different location!

pizza is always baked to perfection. always a staff on floor ready to help out with game machines that trouble you or eat your token. i did have to wait at the cashier for 5 min before someone came out to take an order. bathroom is surprisingly very clean for a place where kids go in and out all day.

Where, oh where can I make a pit stop so that my 1 year old can run around like crazy, use up all his energy, then fall asleep on the way back home??? Why Chuck E. Cheese, that’s where! We arrived here close to 8pm on a Monday night, so thankfully, we didn’t have to deal with crowds. We ordered their value play deal with 1 large, 1 topping pizza, 4 drinks, and 30 game tokens. We added jalapeños to our pizza so our total came out to $ 34.04. Not bad! The food itself, was decent. The pizza was a bit buttery for me, but that didn’t keep me from eating it. The service was OK! The girl at the counter looked super bored. I seriously think that the entire time she was taking our order, she was contemplating just walking out and starting a new life somewhere far, far away. Here’s what got me though … The little girl underwear on the floor! I kid you not, it was UNDERWEAR! I did a double-take, and thought to myself«no, that can’t be underwear» so I looked at it a third time, a fourth, a fifth, OK — maybe if I look at it six times it will turn into a napkin … NOPE, still underwear! What’s even crazier, is that there was a guy walking around, busing tables, walking right over the underwear, and several other bits of trash that were left behind in the play area. I was severely tempted to pick up some of the trash myself, but I just couldn’t bring myself to go that far. Overall, probably not a Chuck E. Cheese I’ll be visiting anytime soon, or in the next 5 billion years.

We have been to this place 3 different times and it is ALWAYS crowded. On top of this the ticket counting machines are ALWAYS broken and the token slot that dispenses tickets for however many tokens/coins drop ALWAYS has an issue with its«pushers.» The line for food is ALWAYS long, the booths to eat at are ALWAYS taken, and the line to exit must ALWAYS wait on the incoming line to end. Not the best service ever. I will only go to play the games with my kids and redeem prizes. That is about it.

I remember coming to Chuck E Cheese’s when I was a kid. I have lots of fun memories of that. It’s been quite some time since I’ve been back. It was raining yesterday, so we had to adjust our plans. We decided to come for the first time with our 21 month old daughter and her 2 year old cousin. We came in around 11am, which was perfect because it wasn’t crowded until we left around 1pm. This place seemed a bit smaller than I remember but that could’ve been relative since I was a kid back then, and of course it was a totally different location. This one was very clean and organized. All of the staff were very friendly, happy and actually seemed like they wanted all the kids there to have fun. The manager introduced himself to us and let us know who the rest of the staff was in case we needed assistance. Chuck E. walked around a couple times, gave out some free tickets and was a big hit. They also had a stage show for a private birthday party. The games could be updated to newer stuff and the play area could be a little bigger. There were only a few that interested me, but I’m much older than their target audience, I suppose. My daughter didn’t seem to notice. She was happy crawling up the play structure and down the slide, and seeing/hearing all the lights/bells. The pizza and wings were so-so but they have 2 beers on tap(Bud & Bud Light) so that made it go down a little easier. In the end, we all had a good time. I would definitely return.

Awesome staff and great service! Very helpful and happy employees here! The whole staff was great but I must say the manager Amanda was an absolute delightful person and manager she really knows what she is doing. The gaming employee was on top of it and we’ll it was just an overall great experience. The best chuckie cheese I’ve been to by far!

Overall: 2 stars — meh. Ordered the«Number 3» — Large one topping pizza, four drinks and 80 tokens. Cost: $ 41. Let’s start with the service. The cashier — who we later found out was the manager — took our order and was a bit annoying and aggressive with the upsells. From the pizza to the drinks to the tokens, everything was an upsell. We ordered pepperoni as our topping. The cashier gave us four tiny«kiddie» cups. When we got to our table, the others in our party had regular sized cups. I asked them what they ordered. They confirmed they had ordered the same combo. They also received a number to place on the table, we did not. I went back up to a different cashier and explained what happened. She corrected the drinks — and laughing said, «that was our manager who took your order.» She disappeared into the back to make sure they knew which table to deliver our pizza. Service: 1 Star — Fail! Now on to our food. Our disappointment did not stop when our pizza came. Our«large» was what would be considered a «medium» at other places. As for the toppings, I hope you like crust. There was a good two inches of crust around the edge. The rest of the pizza was covered with a sparse amount of cheese which was only outdone by the scant 12 slices of thin and overcooked pepperoni — that’s one slice of pepperoni per slice! Hope you aren’t a meat lover! At first we though they forgot the pepperoni, then we noticed the single ring of pepperoni near the edge of the pizza. I’ve never seen anything like this on a pizza. Food: 1 Star — Epic Fail! Let’s end on a more positive note: Entertainment. The games appear to be geared to the under 12 crowd. Perhaps this is on purpose — games for the younger children keep pesky teenagers from making Chucky’s a hangout — chasing away the younger demographic and their parents with more money to spend. I get it. Our under 10 kids did enjoy the games — although the ticket to prize ratio was a bit high. Chucky’s seems to also pride themselves on, «Every game costs one token.» However — if your math challenged — be aware that each token runs between $ 0.25 — $ 0.33 depending on how many you buy. Chucky’s is not being as magnanimous as they are trying to lead you to believe. Entertainment: 3 Stars

Terrible. Way to over crowded. Couldn’t even move around. Half the machines were out of tickets or just wouldn’t respond. We got in line to make an order and once the lady in front was done with her order, the cashier completely disappeared for about 10 minutes. There was probably a good 5 employees there total. When my son was picking out the toys with the gal at the toy desk, the manager(same lady who disappeared when we tried to make our order) came up and rudely told the girl to stop helping us and clock out because she was over in hours. Maybe discuss that in the office??? Not to clean either.

Chuck e Cheese has seemed to be the birthday party capital for three and four year olds this year. I was looking forward to giving this location a try. The place was not jam packed on a Saturday. Granted, it was pretty full, but it didn’t look like a disastrous school of fish in the play area or in the party area. It was easy to walk around, people were polite, and I wasn’t afraid that my kid would leave with this seasons flu or cold. Only complaint is that a lot of the ponies and cars used for riding on for littler kids were out of order. Polite employees, lots of parking, and food was pretty good. I would definitely return!

Dear Chuckie Cheeses: your pizza is moderate and your buffalo wings are OUTSTANDING but you need to do something about your animatronics because they creep me the f*** out. Whenever I play skee ball they stare me down with there huge eyes like I’m there next victim. This is where five nights at Freddie’s was inspired from. Change them before they turn into living breathing animals.

Probably one of the cleaner Chuck E Cheese’s I have been to. Came in yesterday for a fundraiser and there wasn’t much to complain about. The employees were friendly enough, and I am a huge fan of their parent/children stamping system. For those who haven’t been, you and your child(ren) receive a stamp upon entrance. Then, before you exit, they double check your stamps to make sure you aren’t taking home the wrong kid(s). I don’t know if this is exactly a fool proof system, but as a parent, I could appreciate that they at least put forth an effort. They do not have as many games/attractions as I remember having when I was a kid, but they do have enough to earn 3 stars. Their pizza is surprisingly edible, and actually tastes better than I remember. My guess is that at some point they changed their recipe in order to stay competitive. I would be open to wasting another cheat meal here if my son ever asks to come back. Overall, I would rate this location as good, but not great. It does what it sets out to do(keep kids entertained, decent food, etc) and is easy on the wallet. They consistently offer specials/packages, which allow you to buy more than enough tokens and food at very reasonable prices. We were there for 2 hours yesterday and maybe spent $ 15.00 total. I wouldn’t say this would be the first place I would recommend on a random night, but it is a decent place to visit for a specific occasion(such as a bday party or school/team function).

I’ve been here twice now. Once for work and once with my daughter and friend. Both times were very pleasent. The food here is really good. The salad bar was good even though it was a small selection. The pizza is amazing. It’s thin, crisp, and comes with sugar in the sauce. It is the perfect pizza. The prices are good, and the more tokens you buy in bundles, the cheaper each token is. That’s a great thing. The only downfall to this place is the people that go. It’s filled with parents who just let their kids do whatever they want, as they sit at the table and ignore them. This is not Chuck e Cheese fault, but they still lose a star for it. The next time I go I’ll just make sure it’s on the weekday so maybe it won’t be as packed with kids not being watched.

Took my son here for his birthday and it’s one of his favorite places. They have so many games to choose from, a jungle gym with tubes to climb through and shows. I’m 34 years old and had a blast myself. For $ 30 you get a Large pizza, 4 drinks and 40 tokens. We bought extra tokens for $ 10 they give you an extra 40 tokens($.25 each) and every single game is just that, $.25. The pizza is not top quality and comparable to your typical frozen pizza. They do have a salad bar as a healthy alternative. I’ve been to the CEC is West Hills and it was crummy compared to this one. This one is cleaner, bigger, more selection and overall more pleasant. Only down side, it gets busy!!! This is a place where a kid can be a kid and so can their parents. :)
