Went here when they first opened and it was a horrible experience. I had coupons for Breakfast Sandwiches that the MANAGER didn’t want to honor, so she tried to mistranslate the coupon and outwit me with no success so she then attempted to honor the coupons by giving me a verbal reprimand about what not to do next time, OOPS! Big mistake! So I demanded my money back & then told her what to do with those sandwiches & coupons. There won’t be a next time at this place unless they change management. SUCKED!!!

Horrible experience to report. Got a sandwich here and took it to work. Felt something hard and spit it out. It was a fingernail. Don’t know if it came off the lady making my sandwich or if it was in the lettuce. I am so disgusted with this. Wrote a complaint to corperate website. And no reply. No apologies. Not the only problem here either. Another time earlier I was there and lady was counting tip change on top of sandwich wrappers which are kept next to the case register and tip jar. Will never go here again guaranteed.

worst sandwich spot ever. every time I go I specifically ask that they don’t put a lot of ranch on my sandwich, then they pick up the bottle and proceed to squirt half of its contents onto my sandwich. I feel like if I didn’t make it a point to ask for very little ranch they would use the whole bottle. Super annoying, going to diggers deli from now on

This place has the worse owner I have ever meet. I had a coupon for a free sandwich and she told me it was expired even when it wasn’t, so she tried to charge me for extra meat and chesse when I didn’t add any. From now on I will go out of my way to go to another Subway just to never have to deal with her again

Went it and was really impressed by my sandwich, she listened to what we wanted and made it a good size sandwich unlike others who make it. Actually looked really delicious !

It’s been a few years since I stopped going to this location, but I just had a flashback and was inspired to write a review. Ok, this isn’t a terrible location, but overall the owner is flagrantly CHEAP! To wit: 1) They consistently skimp on their sandwiches. I didn’t notice at first, but they consistently would consistently add less produce compared to what you would expect from other subways. I would ask for olives, and they would almost always get about 4 small slivers on a 6″. I would then ask for extra olives, and I would watch them literally add 1 sliver. I’d have to ask again, and they would again add just 1. It’s embarrassing to be asking 5 times for more olives. I’ve also counted the slices of meat on my sandwich, and then ordered the same sandwich at another franchise. Surprise, surprise, I’m getting less meat at this restaurant. 2) The owner likes to add her own rules to different promotions in order to get a few extra coins out of you. For example, there was a national promotion for breakfast sandwiches several years ago. They had the signs up advertising a sale price of $ 3.50(or something close to that, can’t remember). The owner was working that morning, so I ordered directly from her, and she rang me up for $ 1 more than what the sign said. I barely noticed(I’m guessing she was banking on most people not noticing), but when I asked her about it, she said it was only until a certain time. I looked at the sign, and she had scribbled in the corner of the sign a VERY small almost illegible note. I found that annoying so I told her To cancel my order, to which she replied that it was too late, and that I owed her $ 4.50. We talked it out, and she begrudgingly«allowed» me to pay her the advertised amount. Another time, and another promotion, I noticed they didn’t ask what type of cheese I wanted on my sandwich. I asked for cheese, and I was told for the promotion I would have to pay extra for cheese. No signs this time, just an arbitrary up charge that I’ve never seen at any other subway. Although my only interaction with the owner was mostly pleasant, I really hate getting nickel and dimed. There are a glut of subways in this town, so I stopped going to this location.

Came here to have breakfast at 9:30 on Saturday. It was locked up and nobody was inside. Came back 10′ later, it was back open. Though it wasn’t busy — I was the only customer, 30% of the tables were dirty. Sub was ok, adding a star.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but I wish I could give 0 stars. The customer service in this place is horrible. The manager woman is the worst and talks down to you. I won’t be coming back to this location and will be calling corporate for my horrible service continually here.

I love Subway. However, I’ve come to dislike this place. On 3 separate occasions they have run out of wheat bread? How does THIS Subway run out of wheat bread so often? I only come here because it’s convenient but I try to avoid it as much as possible. If you can avoid this place you should.

This is my favorite Subway ever. The Indian woman who owns it is very friendly and polite, as is nearly all of her staff. My husband and I have a couple favorite sandwich artists :) Food is always great.

The lady that owns(I think she owns it at least) is really nice. The workers are quick and professional. The only thing that bothers me about this subway is that they don’t use the paper wrapping on the inside along with the regular subway sandwich wrapper. Sometimes the liquid from the tomatoes and the sauces leak through the wrapper. Otherwise, good service!

This location used to be over the overpass but it burned down so the owner relocated. She is a very nice lady, and according to her employees, she’s an awesome boss. I work in the same plaza so I go here a lot, but sometimes I will drive out of my way just to go here. The employees are always nice, and my sandwiches always taste amazing. My only complaint is that it’s always so hot in there. I said something once, but apparently they are used to it and didn’t notice that it felt like a sauna.

Stopped by on my way to Sacramento. Conveniently located off the freeway exit. Fast and friendly service!
