This place deserves 0 stars. I or my family will NEVER EVER eat here again. My broccoli beef came w/​a surprise tonight, a cockroach, yes a COCKROACH.

Better service speed, more workers, friendly & attentive. Line was shorter. Good was good quality.

I’m pregnant and was really craving Rangoons. They gave me an order of cream cheese Rangoons with no cream cheese. Soo disappointing.

This goes for ALL Panda Express actually for some reason you get more food by going in than in the drivethru. But that being said I want to echo someone else’s complaint about them running out of stuff. Every time I go they do not have sweet & sour chicken or pork, like ever. But honestly overall I have no complaints its fast food after all.

Very poorly run… been here three times… all three we had to ask for items that were empty and that is when they decided to make it… and I am talking common iems… orange chicken, mixed vegetables and even the newest pacific chili shrimp. .why they would not notice they were out before ordering more is beyond me… everyone was waiting in chairs for 10 min or more… won’t be coming back

40 minutes trapped in their drive-​thru (literally since there is no exit lane in case you change your mind) reminded me not go back to this place (while I lived in the area) any time I had my junk chinese food craving lurking around!

Isn’t open at the time it says it will be open, employees see you but don’t acknowledge or let you know why it is not open. Pretty upset, horrible customer service.

What a joke this location is! Don’t bother doing an online order because they NEVER have it ready! And then they make you wait 5 – 10 minutes before they even start preparing it AFTER you get there to pick it up! I don’t know why I went back for a second time, but thought, hey, maybe they’ve learned… they haven’t. And in addition, I purchased a «bigger» plate to get three entrees and FAIL! they gave me a normal plate which I didn’t realize until I got back to work. I’m not sure how they still have lines of people at lunch time!

So tired of every time I order the eggplant I get either no eggplant and all tofu or very little eggplant and mountains of tofu. This time I even purposely asked for very little tofu because last time I had no eggplant in it at all.

This place will make you never want to eat at panda again. Looks clean and great but the food is the worst. Chicken is like jerky. So old you can taste it.

Terrible. Went there and one of our two orders was completely wrong. The next day went back to try again and my large $ 14 order of broccoli beef was 1.5 ounches of beef and 15 ounces of broccoli. It was basically broccoli with a beef sauce.

This place was horrible! First off we stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for food, they were obviously understaffed and then by the time it was our turn order and they were out of orange chicken then that took another 5 minutes. They didn’t even acknowledge us. The orange chicken tasted like vinger and was obviously not cooked properly. I currently feel like I need to throw up

This place had absolutely nothing that I ordered from their menu at 3:40 in the afternoon. Your might as well close! What a waste of space!

Never enough people working, always a line and takes forever to get through. When there was a line inside that wrapped around the seats, I witnessed an employee grab food to eat around the corner. So I sat there waiting to pay, watching my food get cold for 10 minutes while 1 person was working the register and another was eating on the job. This place is a joke.

Came here hungry after a long day craving Chinese food. I went inside and waited a bit before I got served. The guys behind the counter were running around trying to service the drive through quickly. I didn’t mind since I came in and didn’t know exactly what I wanted. They packed my to-​go box full of food and I was stoked! Even though in small, I still like to eat! Thanks for not underestimating me.

Drive thru sucks. Don’t ever wait in line even when you see only two cars because you’ll be in line forever! How hard is it to pick food that is already cooked and put it in a to go box?

This place is a joke, a real black eye for the corporation! I’ve been here several times and never has the service been good.
Last night my wife wanted panda which is rare so I drove down and pulled into the drive thru, after sitting for 10 minutes or so without moving and the lobby being empty I decided to walk in since I had not been blocked in yet.
I get inside and only 2 people in front of me and 4 so called employees behind the counter and it still took 20 mins to get out! Wtf? As I’m standing there stewing I observe that they have absolutely no systems in place or if they do there not followed. 2 of them just standing there lost!
4 customers just standing there waiting on green been chicken and my order is done but they made me stand there and wait for their food to be done and paid for before ringing me up. Now my f’ing food is cold.
This place sucks! Corporate needs to step in and retrain franchisee with proper procedures.

Unfortunately this place is not well managed.
They are constantly out of items, including rice.
Drive thru is a complete nightmare and they don’t have a proper system for processing orders at the counter.
The busy SF restaurant is so efficient, unlike the train wreck that is Vacaville.

Once again Panda Express gets my order wrong. And of course it was a drive through order so I found the error when I got home. I don’t want to hold up the drive through line by unpacking every order I get and checking be before leaving, but unless you’re a trusting fool like me it’s what you must do. I ordered steamed white rice with my chicken teriyaki bowl, but instead I got rice with vegetables. It’s not that I hate vegetables, that’s just not what I wanted today. But who cares, Panda employees don’t care. If you want $ 15 an hour, learn how to scoop white rice.
