great clothes and good sales up to 70% off when i went here! wish there was a larger selection at this location but i can’t complain.
jcrew is notorious to me for the high prices for basic clothing but their stuff really is quality. and personally, i love the fit of the clothing also.

I love this brand and the clothes they make. But in all honesty, I went in today to find a dress to wear for a wedding. I actually saw this dress I had been eyeing for a few months on the clearance rack. I darted straight for it. I noticed it had makeup stains on the front collar. I asked if they would discount it a little and I’d be happy to buy it. The gentleman said no, they would normally just take it off display and no longer sell it. What a waste! Why not give a 10% discount and get rid of it. It’s not like they’d be losing out that much! Booooooo J Crew!!! I jus walked out. Going elsewhere!

I could not believe the costumer service I got. I think you young lady name was Priscilla. I have never been to J crew and I was shopping for my little girl, shes entering high school, and Priscilla above and beyond to make our experience joyful and less stressful. I do not have to explain the needs for looking good to a soon-​to-​be high school-​er. Priscilla was amazing and an excellent asset to the J crew company. Being an owner of my own clothing line myself I would be never let this associate go, her knowledge of the company to very impressive as well as matching outfit for other people, a genuine employee. If anyone needs any help I think Priscilla is well qualified.

I’ve been in J. Crew retail and outlet stores larger than this one! Navigating through the store is pretty tricky because of the narrow aisles and shoppers; it’s definitely a get-​in and get-​out kinda shop. There were some nice deals, but not a whole lot of selection — which is good since I didn’t end up overspending: D

If you ask me, the store is a bit hit or miss with me. I haven’t been able to walk into J. Crew and walk out with something on a consistent basis. The store is neat and orderly but their stock can vary which pushes my buttons. The store has a funky aroma about it. I guess that’s why they play their music so loud. to confuse customers! hahaha

*still sipping on my rootbeer
*heard a good song, decided to do the monkey with bf.
*bf knocks my drink out of my hand…
*i tried to catch it in mid-​air, only to open the lid…
*SPLASH*
*drink explodes onto the floor and on some of the clothes!
employees were not mad, and gladly wiped everything up! «phew»
they should stop playing good songs in their store, its very dangerous!

Lots of inventory here at decent prices and good marked down bargains in the back. Very organized with friendly staff too. Picked up a cute linen skirt with yoga-​like waistband.
