The customer service here is great! Everyone that walked through the door was acknowledged and everyone on the floor is very friendly and willing to assist I love that! There isn’t as much merchandise as the Gilroy outlets but the friendly smiles are very much appreciated. I had a size exchange and it was processed with ease!

Didn’t buy anything but they have some COOL stuff here.
The boots and the coats are really nice here.
Unfortunately, in trying to get gifts for the holidays it becomes complicated when trying to determine sizes and when the sizes you need are not available!
The choices to choose from are ample. Whether you are shopping for men or women the selection is nice for both. I would recommend this place for everyone that likes sturdy boots and warm and cozy coats.

Great deals with lots to choose from, but the store is very small and gets crowded easily. To optimize your shopping experience, avoid this place on the weekends or make sure to go in early so you’re not bumping into people and constantly having to say, «excuse me.»

Not buying shoes from this place. My bf decided to replace his old lemon shoes from here. New shoes look like the lemon pair that he bought, which the sales associate admitted «had a lot of problems and several customers returned them.» However, these new shoes were supposed to be an upgraded version with sturdier stitching.
We bought them the day after New Year’s. It’s January 30th and the left shoe split two weeks ago. Nice customer service, but poor quality shoes.

I went in here to buy a Christmas gift yesterday nite… First off, the store is very nice but the customer service is far from the way the store looks… If you didn’t know, these boots are not cheap… I looked around and couldn’t find what I was looking for so I asked for help… I hate it when people that work in a store doing nothing are irritated to help when that is your job. Literally nothing… Worst off, it was the manager… I did purchase a pair of boots for $ 130 dollars but I will stick to online. If you can’t put your game face on and do your job take the day off and take a nap and come back ready to play… I’m just saying…

SCORE FOR SMALL FEET WOMEN! As if I cant get anymore cuter! My feet is a size 6 ½ and I fit perfectly into the childrens section. Which means LESS for the price of my new original Timbeerland boots! Outlets is always preferred because you’ll find things they still sell in the actual store for 40 – 50 $ more! Hoorah for this place!

I like Timberland shoes, but not the boots that everybody wears. I like the Oxford style nubuck. I can usually find my size here. It’s an outlet store, so selection may be limited. I wanted some sandals, but they only had them in one size smaller and one size larger than my size.
They sell other clothes as well, but they have a very limited supply of jackets. Jeans, sweatshirts are also available.
I got help in getting my boots waterproofed too!

Greatest clothing outfitter in the history of mass produced clothes. I am a walking billboard for this place… and love it with all my heart. I typically spend too much, oddly buy two of the same thing as I fall in love with their clothes, and dig the outlets even more because of the deals and odd sizes… I am 6’6″ and don’t have that big of waist… and this is consistently the only store in the world that can outfit me!!!
THANK YOU GUYS. from shoes and socks, shorts and belts, shirts and sweaters and jackets… I have taken your stuff all over the world!

Excellent Customer Service and selections!!!
The two guys behind the sales counter greeted my GF and I as we entered with a great big «Hello & Welcome»! Wow! Thanx dude, I haven’t even started to shop and I already feel good about buying something!
I found my favorite pair of boots/​shoes that have lasted nearly 5+ years and it was time to buy the exact same pair because they are comfy and proven! Bonus: They were on sale!!!
As we roamed around the clean & organized store, the staff offered to hold our purchases up front so we’d have our hands free to shop more. They were very tentative and willing to help out before even asking. We paid and held a pleasant-​genuine conversation throughout our short shopping spree. Kudos to the Timberland staff at this outlet store. That’s how you create and keep loyal shoppers!!!
