Our home’s AC went out during a week of 103+ temps, because it’s never going to break when the high is in the mid 70s. The landlord assigned Austin ’ s for the fix. we had to wait an extra day because apparently heat kills all of Solano’s ACs at the same time. But when appointment time came, Austin ’ s was there EARLY. Paul the technician found the fix and was out in less than 20 minutes. He didn’t even care I was watching out of curiosity and explained to me what went wrong. It’s been a week and no problems ever since.
I highly recommend Austin ’ s if this is the attitude and timeliness they regularly display.

We have used Austin’s each of the last two summers. In each case, our air conditioning went down during extreme heat. In both cases they came out promptly. In each case, the problem was with a minor part. Both times they had the replacement part in the truck and had us back up and running within a half hour.
They also took the time to clean the unit and provide tips on using the equipment more effectively. The cost each time was extremely reasonable.

Needed an a/​c inspection and my coworker referred me to Austin’s. Called, left a message and heard back from them quickly. Was able to schedule an inspection for the next day, unfortunately had to reschedule. When they came out the inspector
Paul was on time and took him about 45 minutes to inspect the furnace and a/​c. These were both original units well past their life span, but surprisingly were running good. Mended up giving me a bid for some duct repair. When I called back with some questions/​requests they were professional and able to get me what I needed in a couple hours. Will definitely use them again.

I have been using Austin’s for years and they managed to keep my very old HVAC system going until I was ready for a new one. Had a new system installed yesterday and Omar was very thorough in explaining everything. They had everything out of here and I had a cozy house by late afternoon.

I just had a new conditioner put in our business last week. We waited over (2) weeks because they said they had to order a curb for the roof. During this time, we experienced weather over 100 degrees and we are a pizza restaurant so when both ovens are on, it is miserable in here.
We used to use Austin’s all the time in the 90’s for our store in Vacaville with no problems. The owners nephew took really good care of us.
Last year we have a tech come out to repair something and before he started he asked for a credit card because he said we owed the company money. This was the first time I heard this. I called the owner and left a frustrated message and he never returned my phone call.
When I paid the tech as he finished with this last job I put a note with my business card on there asking that he call me so that we could resolve his accusation. He never called me so I left another message in which he returned the call. I wanted to find out what we owed and he said that he threw out the old invoices. I asked him how sure he was that it was us that owed him and he said around 80% sure. I told him that I was 100% sure that we didn’t as I knew the daily operations and the mechanical failures. He had NO proof so he said lets clear the slate and I said there is NO slate to clear. This is unprofessional behavior and I will never do business with him again.

I’ve dealt with Austin’s twice actually: Once about a month ago in the house i’m renting to be closer to work, and now for the property I own which someone else is renting out. from me.
To spare all lengthy details, I’ll say they were very knowledgable and were able to diagnose and fix both issues at both houses quickly.
My tenants got a hold of me last night (its been in the 100’s) saying the AC went out and i called Austin’s and left a msg as it was outside of normal business hours.
They called me back the next morning and listened to the situation and the unique predicament my tenants were placed in which required the AC to be fixed ASAP. They were able to squeeze my property in at the end of the day and all is back up and running.
The professionalism is spot on and both interactions I’ve had with this company have been great. if I do ever have an issue in the future I’ll only be calling Austin’s.
