Josh was awesome to work with, as was his window installation crew of Todd and Ryan. They were professional at all times and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions that we had. We ordered the windows earlier this year and within the estimated time frame they were installed. We have had the windows installed for less than 72 hours and we noticed a significant reduction in noise and heat coming into the house the first night! My family and I would HIGHLY recommend Pacific Pride windows to anyone!

Pacific Pride Windows completed a wood siding repair project on my house. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of work that was done on such short notice. After I chose the windows, he had them custom made by the company I chose and had them delivered to my house in Tahoe. Josh Vincent was a joy to work with. His demeanor was casual and there was no pressure on us during any of the process. The installers that came did an excellent job and were super polite. Our house now has updated windows which really made the house look a lot better. They also work a lot better than the previous windows we had. We couldn’t be happier with the deal we got on them and how well they work.

I recently installed new windows through Pacific Pride Windows, my house has over 20 years old windows, and the difference between the old ones and these is amazing, I got the Mezzo windows, which look very nice, they changed how the house looks completely, inside and out. It is much quieter now in the house, most of the outside noises have disappeared. I installed the windows end of June, and I instantly noticed the electricity bill going down compared to last year’s bills in summer. The installation was professionally done. They were very particular about all the small details. Also I was happy to get rid of the eye-​sore of screens the previous owner had installed over the windows.
