I called and asked if they had George Dickel Number 1 whiskey. I described with the bottle looked like and that the white label had a big number one right in the middle. They said they would hold it for me at the register, so I drove up there. Guess what, they brought up George Dickel 12. If you can’t follow easy instructions maybe you need to take more classes. I am just sick of the dumb people running this world of ours. Get it straight or get out.

I had the coolest cashier — Lillia :) she helped me out and figure the questions that I have. This CVs is also clean and fully stocked! Will be coming back for sure

his CVS is ridiculously rude and slow. I was the only person in line and I stood there for about 5 minutes without a single employee even acknowledging me. They purposely diverted their attention from me. there were several employees in the back area of the pharmacy working on filling prescriptions. this is typical for them. They also neglect to follow up on calls to doctors. I cant imagine treating individuals, clients the way these employees treat their customers. I work on commission only and every client is extremely important to my livelihood. Maybe CVS should put these employees on commission and see if their attitude improves! Can not stand lazy and rude individuals ! I went to the front of the store to talk to the manager and apparently there is a separate manager for the pharmacy. I gave them my name and phone number to give to the pharmacy manager and guess what the Manager hasn’t called me either, what a surprise !

To begin with, as soon as you walk into the CVS it is so empty. There was only two staff working which were both rude. I went to develop some photos and try to use a coupon, and it didn’t allow me the option through their computer. So I asked for help. the assistant was a very very rude she was not helpful whatsoever. And had attitude. She didn’t let me use the coupon. So I wasted my time sitting there for 30 minutes for nothing I will never come back to the CVS ever again!

Unilocal’s 365 Review Challenge 2014 #146 — #365 Another typical neighborhood CVS and this location is much bigger compared to the Rancho location. All I can say is you should apply to be a CVS member so you can have some deep discounts. The staff I encountered are friendly and healthy looking. I didn’t see any meth looking clerks at this CVS. The parking lot can get sketchy at night and even in the day time. LOL

Ok, the only reason I am giving this CVS3 stars is that this place is very convenient if you ever need something and don’t feel like getting ready, or are drunk and/or high, because you will fit right in!

My review is for the photo area. I waited for approx. 20 minutes until finally a young brunette lady told me their photo machines weren’t working. All the while two elder blond women were at cashiers, never bothered to tell me it was out of service.

This cvs is very sketchy. All of the emplyees are either slow, missing teeth or meth looking. Prices are way too high and every time you go to the register to check out you are harrassed by the checker for those damn rewards cards! Ugh! It is so annoying. Not to mention after standing in line for 15 minutes. I just cannot take it anymore but this store is so conveinant and close by my house for those last minute things you might need. Oh btw if anyone shops here there is always some drug addicts begging for money so beware!

Always a really long line and not enough staff at the register or on the merchandise floor to help you. Why don’t you staff your building so you don’t have people walk in just to immediately turn back around because of a line 12 or more people long.

This store was one of the take overs Albertson’s got when they began eating a bunch of smaller drug store chains. This particular location feels really closed in, and has never been as nice as the other Upland location. I’m not sure why they maintain both of them, but they do. The store only has tiny, diamond-shaped porthole windows about 10 feet off the ground, so there is almost no natural light in the store, and it feels something like an underground warehouse or something. Personally, I recommend the other store. The parking lot can be sort of sketchy at night… especially since it’s possible to be on one side of the store and be almost completely alone… certainly no one inside can see you.
