Decent experience. Dry wings were good. Saucy wings were below average. How about some plates and napkins when you order 50 wings for a whole family. Having the entire restaurant have to tear off paper towels by the soda machine is a joke. I’d will stick to Buffalo Wild Wings rather than go here.

My first time at a Wingstop anywhere, and I must say that I left the place impressed, and with a full belly. Conveniently located across from the Courtyard Marriott on S. Broadway, this Wingstop left me with an impression of being highly customer service oriented as well as in being a step up in obtaining a customized food order. First off, these wings are not like your typical Hooters or Bubba’s wings. You’ll get to choose from so many different sauce blends and textures. In addition, the employee will give you a soufflé cup filled with your choice of sauce to sample with a toothpick prior to ordering. For this visit, I chose a mild sauce that was comparable to a General Tso’s chicken sauce for my boneless wings. Add in a combo meal choice of fries & a drink, and you are good to go. The order will take 8 – 10 minutes to prepare, yet this is a good thing. In fact, if I was the cook here, I would take longer in order to minimize the risk of salmonella poisoning. Who wants that in your order? I noticed some folks with to-go orders getting antsy after waiting 10 – 15 minutes. My advice: call Wingstop prior to getting there to minimize the wait. The fries were of good quality, yet tasted sweet for some reason. Couldn’t put my finger on it, whether it was a different type of sea salt used, or something entirely different. The wings were outstanding, albeit with a kick, which was surprising since I ordered mild. My beverage choice was unsweetened iced tea, yet there is a decent amount of beer choices within the cooler, from bottled Corona to three or four on tap brews. The confines of the Wingstop were comfortable, and designed more like a well lit pub. And of course, customer service was very, very good. Overall, I would stop here again, particularly if staying at the Courtyard Marriott. The Wingstop is roughly a one block walk away. Pretty cool place!

I am always up for wing stop. My husband and I love their wings. We came here last night around 730 and were abke to get a table for four even though it was a little crowded. We all ordered original hot wings. Mine was the only order that was boneless. Within fifteen minutes our order was piping hot and at our table. I love that the wings are always made to order. Personally, I would rather wait a little extra for quality food, which I believe this is. The fries are always delicious. I don’t know what they season their fries with, but it is addictive. This location is newer and has plenty of indoor seating. It also has great access from Broadway and is located directly across from the Courtyard Marriott, which makes it convienent for hotel guests.

My teens favorite place to eat and watch a game. We go quite often. Food is cooked fresh so it may take a few minutes to get. Dry rubs are best!

Love wingstop, but this place sucks. Food took thirty minutes to get to us. Asked for strips and they were sooo small. They probably ran out of strips and gave us boneless wings. Fries didnt even have the sugar flavor that they usually have. And they were cold. Never coming back.

I would like to say I rival Troy Aikman in being the worlds biggest fan of this place. The wings are always good(Cajun is the way to go) but the fries are out of this world. This is by far my favorite location in Tyler. Always very clean and the staff is friendly.

I prefer their dry rub wings to the saucier recipes. The fries are fantastic. The real reason I give a wing place 4 stars though, is the service. I love being able to order online, but even if you dine-in it’s great. Fast, clean, courteous.

I personally prefer the one on the East Loop but I still love Wing Stop in general. Best wings hands down.
