This Yogurtland used to be my go-to YL location for many years… Until the last few months. It seems like the place is going downhill. I can’t remember the names but this one girl and this one guy that work there(I’ve usually seen them evenings) are CONSTANTLY talking, what seems like flirting and in the back instead of WORKING. So annoying! The last time I was there(and it has been the last, I don’t plan on going back to this location because of them) that same girl was in the back doing idk what and didn’t even notice I walked in the door. I was waiting and waiting for like 5 minutes because I wanted sample cups. I ended up just walking to get my yogurt and I had to wait another 10 minutes as I tried to waive the girl down so I could pay and then that one guy walked in and I knew he worked there but I assume wasn’t on his shift, said«oh you want me to call her?» I thought to myself«no idiot I just want to stand here waiting for her to finish» but I simply said«yes, please because she’s obviously not hearing me» he then started yelling for her and it took another 5 minutes for her to come. I was about to walk out & I didn’t even get an apology. So appalled that this happened. I could’ve easily walked out of the store with my yogurt and she would not noticed. Smh Not a good place, not anymore. I started going to the location on 17th Street. Now that’s my go-to YL place!

Great selection of toppings :) I love the fact that they are always willing to give samples. Kind of crowded on a Friday night but they have everything well stocked. I would add tho, that they need a larger sitting area lol

I came here on 2÷23÷16 and checked out by 1143, which is a good 17 min before closing. The employee, alondra or elondra(she wasn’t wearing a name tag so I had to ask the other employee, kassandra) was already cleaning the machines. All the yogurt machines were pushed back. She was so focused on cleaning the machines that she didn’t see we were waiting for her to finish. She then proceeds to ask me «oh you need this?» Followed by an eye roll. She goes to the next machine and does the SAMETHING! I politely ask her«can I use this machine?» She did the same eye roll with an added huff/sigh. HOWABOUT… YOUSTOPCLEANINGWHENCUSTOMERSARETRYINGTOGETYOGURT? It is really rude and not customer service oriented. I will NEVER return to this location again. Learn to treat your customers better!

The yogurt is really good as always. The only issue that the people always have friends over talking. If they spent less time talking and more making sure everything was ready and fresh it would be a 5 stars place!

Love this location. Located on a corner in a strip mall. Feels more like a neighborhood spot rather than a franchised chain. Lots of flavors of froyo, even some non-milk frozen treats. And they rotate flavors so there is always something new to try. Get your sample cups and try as many flavors as you like. The staff there are friendly and attentive and the store is always clean. Join their club and get rewards for all your yogurt purchases.

Every time I go to this Yogurtland after eating AYCE Korean BBQ at Gen, across the street. This Yogurtland has my favorite flavor«Dutch Chocolate». Also the cashier is very friendly all the times. Thank you for your service!

This is one of my favorite Yogurlands to visit! Love the flavors and toppings, but what keeps me coming back is the wonderful staff. More specifically, the employee named«Henry S. :)»(literally, that is what it says on his name tag). Shout out to you Henry S. :)!!! Anyway, the only reason why I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because sometimes the the wait can be a while. Sometimes there is only one person working, and I feel like it’s hard for them to manage the yogurt in the back and the cash register at the same time. But check it out!

The yogurt is ok, the fruit should be cut up more. I kind of feel like I am in prison I have to wait in line to get a sample cup

Nothing special about this Yogurtland location. It is kept clean, the cashier on duty when I went was friendly, and they have a good amount of flavors. It is located near the 5 freeway and off Newport Ave, where there is a lot of restaurants, so it is convenient to go to if you’re feeling frozen yogurt after a meal. I would definitely come back again if I am eating somewhere nearby and craving some dessert afterwards!

I love their sea salt caramel and coconut flavor. Really really good especially with the exploding boba. Another good thing about Yogurtland is they close at midnight. Perfect for those who crave a little snack during late hours. Yummy!

National free yogurt day means free yogurt. That means you should be able to get however much you want. For three years I have done national free yogurt day and I’ve swirled huge amounts into my cup about the length of my palm to elbow and all of a sudden this year, one of the employees stopped me when the yogurt barely overfilled the cup. She just got up in my face and said«that’s enough.» If you’re trying to limit the amount people get then limit the little kids who actually waste their yogurt. At least I finish what I get. I’ve been doing this for 3 years straight and I’ll I’ve done is bring in publicity for this awesome event. And your employee don’t have to hawkeye watch every single person and tell them when enough is enough. My group of friends and I won’t be returning to this yogurtland, especially when there’s free yogurt.

I’ve been coming here since they opened this yogurtland and I definitely think it’s one of the cleanest yogurtlands I have been to. I also like the service here because everyone’s always very happy and they’re very nice and not only that but they have good customer service. I also like to always try different flavored it’s always good to try different things. I love to get the plain tart with strawberries, bananas, some granola and cheesecake

Wow! This is one of the cleanest Yogurtlands I’ve ever stepped foot in! The space itself isn’t as big compared to other locations, but the restroom was clean! The part I was most impressed about was the toppings area. Not even one misplaced piece of candy/fruit/nuts/etc. As I sat eating my yogurt, whenever the staff member had a free moment, she checked the toppings station. Perhaps she was just a hard worker who happens to be on shift while I visited, but thanks for your hard work! There was definitely also a lot of foot traffic in the 20 minutes I was there, but people came and went quickly. Lots of parents with little kids. Tables/chairs were clean given that fact. Ample parking. Overall a great experience.

This is a solid location. It gets super busy, and it is very tiny, so sometimes the service can be not great. I’ve had the experience several times of standing around and looking for an employee to get sample cups from. However, the regular gals behind the counter are awesome and remember us every time we come in(which is often). There is the frequent issue of the yogurt not being cold enough and thus runny. Also, machines are often broken. But it’s all nothing you don’t normally see at a Yogurtland. All in all, a good location.

I love this place, my boyfriend and I come here all the time!(: I ALWAYS get some pistacho ice cream(err, I mean frozen yogurt). They recently added a cookie divider in vanilla or chocolate– eww. Not only do you get less ice-frozen yogurt in your cup but it also weighs more and it does NOT taste good. This particular place always has business so it gets full fast, not a lot of seating options. Aww, now I want to run down to this place. So many nice memories and nice talks with my boyfriends!(:
