Purchased a head set here. It was an aftermarket. The sound quality sounds like you are talking in a tin can. I tried to return it but there policy which is not mentioned anywhere is no exchanges or refunds. You can get a better deal at Best Buy dont waste your time here for their poor quality accessories. I wont be back!

I just started coming into this store because its next to my bank. The store manager, Sammy, has always helped me out and never tries to sell me something i don’t need.
When I needed to upgrade my phone, he explained each phone I was interested in and explained the differences between each (checked specs on phones when i got home, he had each spec right and memorized)!
The new phone does everything Sammy said it would and then some. 4g is REALLY faster than 3!
