This store is spectacular in terms of quality and service. They help you find the shoe that YOU need. They are very knowledgable and the shoes are great quality. There are so many options to chose from and their running shoes are amazing. They take great care of all of their customers and give you the time you need. They also have a pretty good kids selection. Ask for Whitney!

Good quality shoes, better than New Balance at sporting goods stores. The staff are friendly and know the stock and how to fit the shoe to your foot. The store makes all the difference in getting a good pair of shoes.

New Balance makes great shoes, but having such a wonderful staff was the seller at this store. Patricia answered all of our questions, found exactly what we needed and more. She was able to read us as customers and her professionalism, knowledge and genuineness was appreciated. She found us the perfect shoes with the perfect fit.

The staff at New Balance is very knowledgable in regards to appropriate footwear. They also provide individualized attention for each customer that comes in. The girl that helped us was very professional and answered all of our questions. I didn’t intend to purchase any shoes when I came in, but she did such a great job that I ended up ordering a pair of Minimus’

I have been wearing new balance forever, when i started running last summer i bought a brand new pair and they lasted me for a while (longer than i probably should have worn them). The staff is very attentive and they are always one on one with you.
