Great quality clothing! BUT the problem is the costumer service here is always horrible. The worst was the other day a lady named Morgan checked me out. She didn’t say one word to me not even a hello only until she asked«credit or debit»? No smiles not anything just had a straight face on the whole time oh wait she did ask if I wanted emails and I said no thanks and her response was«uh okay». I mean I dropped a $ 100 at The Loft its not like I went in there and purchased a $ 9 thing on clearance. C’mon people you ask why we don’t bother going in store to shop anymore. There are so many factors why their losing customers to online shopping and this is one of them.

Update! 12−1−13. All is great here now! The witchy rude manager lady is gone so coast is clear. I heard she moved just across the way to work at Restoration Hardware now, so watch out for her there, haha.
