The food was great, but the service was terrible. Our waiter was impolite and never checked on our table. One of my friends had to ask him if she could have a water, at which point he never even apologized for the oversight. He disappeared after that. It took over 30 minutes for our food to come out, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Our waiter never apologized for the wait or even seemed the least bit interested in doing his job, aside from(eventually) dropping off our food. It was my first time to eat here, but I will definitely not be going back.

We stopped in here on Saturday for lunch about an hour after opening. At first, we were really confused because we were the only ones in there and the only staff member we saw was sweeping the floor. There wasn’t a soul in the open kitchen, and it was dead quiet. We almost walked right back out but instead had to shout to the lone employee to ask if they were open. We were assured that the restaurant was, indeed, open, so we stayed. Like Jill G., I was expecting something like an order at the counter place. This is a full service restaurant with an extensive menu. I had some sort of panini that was really really good. Great flavors, melted cheese, side salad, yum. My husband had a flatbread that he liked but didn’t love. The service was great, although only one other table was seated in the whole restaurant while we were there. I thought it was weird that we never really saw our food being prepared in the open kitchen. I think I saw someone use the panini press and someone throw the flatbread into the oven, but the only person I saw back there looked to be a manager – not a cook. Thus, while the food was good, the 3 star review is because the whole experience just felt off. It is very uncomfortable being the only customers in a large restaurant, and it concerns me that they had such little business at noon on a Saturday. I recommend that if they are slow like that, they turn up the music, get the TV going, and get all staff present to be visible so it at least feels lively.

This is the greatest pizza place in Tulsa. For those who are gluten-free, there are ample choices. Try the Spinarti Flatbread on gluten free crust! One of the most consistent meals you’ll find in T-Town. The service is awesome at both locations. If you are eating at the South location, ask for Ashton; she’s great!

First time eating here and was a good experience. Went on a Tuesday evening and it wasn’t busy at all. Was disappointed that I couldn’t get the pineapple rum because they were out of pineapple but changed it to an Angry Cuban and it exceeded my expectations(rum & angry orchard beer with cranberry juice I think) food was to die for. Nice portions and waiter checked on me reasonably – not too much & not too little. Right next to my hotel, if I wasn’t lazy I’d head over there tonight lol. You won’t be disappointed

Pierre took great care of us on our Valentines date! Food was excellent and every detail was covered down to chocolate dipped strawberries. Overall a wonderful experience!

This was our 3rd visit since the opening. The previous visits were great, but it had been awhile. It was 6:30 on Saturday and the place was dead. One might think you’d get great service to have the servers undivided attention, but one would be wrong. We were seated with menus by the server herself and she did not return again for 10 min. I placed an order for 6 Mango Habanero wings and 6 Spicy Moonshine BBQ wings. She returned 10 min later with 6 wings. 3 of each flavor. Um, ok, not a big deal. Except the wings weren’t really«done». The skin was slimy, although the chicken was cooked to the bone. The sauce was poured over them versus being glazed onto them as with most wings are in my experience and it was claimed they were fire roasted wings. Not so much. Neither flavor was spicy or hot at all. I’d eaten the Mango Habanero before and they had been so hot my lips were on fire. These were 95% mango with a hint of heat. Needless to say we were accepting of the servers error in the quantity of the order as spending almost $ 9 for an order of crappy wings was plenty. $ 18 would have required sending them back to the kitchen.(Which I rarely do.) And she didn’t return to check on us anyway until she returned with our entrée. We ordered the Bang Bang Flatbread to share. It was equally disappointing. There was so much goat cheese piled on it and covered with mozzarella that it squished into your mouth and was a little gross. I ate 2 pieces with very small bites and couldn’t bare to eat anymore. We sat there for quite some time after throwing in the towel. By now the 3 tables filled in the restaurant has now grown to 7. Still dead. Finally I turn and look back toward the kitchen and make eye contact with our server. She immediately comes over with our check. Well, alrighty then. Oh, did I mention she never refilled our drink glasses? Needless to say I can see why there were no customers. If this is the quality service and food they are now providing they won’t last much longer. I feel the higher prices were justified during their opening as a cozy wine bar. Those days are over.

We decided to try this place on a date night but I have to admit I had low expectations. I don’t know if it was the location or the outside look but I was expecting more of a Panera bread meets Mimi’s Café. I was pleasantly pleased not to find that. The menu had a lot of options and it was hard to make a decision. We went with the Tulsa burger and the margarita pizza with side salads. The dressing was fantastic. The burger was so tasty wrapped in a thin dough and baked in the brick oven! I loved not eating around a big puffy bun In the burger stayed hot until the last bite. The margarita pizza was fantastic as well so tasty, crispy, thin but not overcooked. I was very impressed we loved our experience there. It did seem to be more of a lunch environment. My advice would be to dim the lights a bit in the evening.

Pros: Had some free time in between clients so decided to take a longer lunch. Never been in here before, but my roommate is always raving about it. Liked the Julius Caesar(Chicken, romaine, croutons, crispy prosciutto and Iago with our roman Caesar dressing). However, I love Ceasar salad; never had one I didn’t like. Cons: I ordered the Zesto Pesto(Chicken, asiago, mozzarella, roasted peppers, caramelized onion, sun-dried tomato pesto, balsamic reduction). The balsamic reduction didn’t task like a vinegar so much as hoisan sauce. Took way too long to get my food.

I truly enjoy this restaurant! I discovered this place because of arrant convenience. I come here for the lunch specials, there menu is quite abundant and that’s okay with me! I almost always get the pizza lunch special and it is SOYUM. It is extremely thin and the sauce is very flavorful and it is cooked just right. I have tried their flatbread numerous times and each is so unique, you may want to try them all. They’ve got a wine bar(obviously) as well as an array of beers to choose from. I’ve never got to experience any of that but I’m sure I’ll get to before too long. Staff here has always been helpful as well as prompt to greet you when you enter. If you order online or call for pick up, you need to go up to the bar and they’ll have it ready for you. Take advantage of the online system, it’s pretty great and definitely come here for a nice dinner, or even quick lunch. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Love this place. The bang bang shrimp flatbread is absolutely my favorite! I love that they have a gluten free option and you can hardly taste a difference. Awesome atmosphere for a flatbread and a glass of wine. The location at 71st is my favorite. Excellent service and very nice staff. I have been unimpressed with the service at the downtown location so steer clear of that one.

This was my first time at Naples, although my mom(who was my dinner date) says she comes in often and loves it. When we got there initially there were some issues – the parking lot is a little tough to get into if there’s any traffic at all, and someone had double parked across the two front spots in the parking lot. Once we got inside, it took a few minutes for us to get the attention of someone(there was no hostess). The woman who sat us ultimately was our waitress, and I wish I knew her name, because she was really excellent. Very patient, and had great suggestions when I told her I didn’t want meat with my entrée. The drinks are fairly priced, with a house wine starting at $ 5 and glasses and bottles going up from there. My mom and I split the Basilico at our server’s suggestion and we were not disappointed. It comes with Chicken, asiago, mozzarella, caramelized onion, sun-dried tomato, basil pesto cream sauce and balsamic reduction, and they just made my half without the chicken. That, plus a small starter salad for each of us, was the perfect portion. If I was eating alone, I would probably still get the salad and pasta and just take half the flatbread for lunch the next day. I had the poppyseed vinaigrette dressing, which was sweet and delicious, but there was too much on my salad. There was also a lot in terms of toppings rather than lettuce, which I didn’t like as much. I enjoyed Naples, and will likely go there again. It would be a great date night restaurant or a place to grab a happy hour drink with friends.

Just did not quite hit the spot. I convinced my co-worker to go here to be out of the ordinary the prices were a little steep but that it means it should be good right? WRONG! Should have stuck to my old faithful. I ordered the BISTECCA gluten free flat bread and a salad. I took the first bite and it tasted a little weird, I thought maybe I need to eat all the ingredients together another wrong choice. The horseradish was so over powering that it made my eyes water and I could not taste anything else. Maybe it was me so my co worker tried and she had the same reaction. I let our server know he said«So you don’t like horseradish?» Yes I do but I do not want to eat it or spend $ 14.00 for a flat bread of horseradish. After that he offered me something else but I could not taste anything since my sinuses were a fire from you guessed it HORSERADISH! However he did take the flatbread off my ticket and I enjoyed my $ 3 coke while my coworker finished up. This is just my tainted experience. I had a great one experience at the one downtown but this one not so much. If you want to splurge I suggest you go elsewhere. If you choose to roll the dice and go I hope you have a better experience than we did.

The food is consistently good here. Lots of choices from flatbreads to pastas to soups and and salads, along with a full bar. Great for a quick lunch, or nice to relax with a drink after work.

I found this place initially because I get my nails done close to the area. I first stopped here for lunch and liked all the options you had on the menu. Flat bread is basically the same concept as pizza, but this place makes themselves stand out so you dont feel like you are just getting a common item. I love the appetizer dips they have as well. The garlc dip is by far my favorite, but you get so much garlic it can be a little too much. The service here is also great and they are never packed so you do not have to wait to get your food. The wine here as well is a great price and a perfect spot to share a bottle with some friends for a casual meal. I love the atmosphere of this place and find it to be cozy and relaxing. I go here to eat lunch on the weekend sometimes alone and I enojoy it! Definitely a great place for lunch and whatever you order you will love it!

My husband and I love wine. We had been eyeing this place for awhile, but we finally decided to check it out when our 6-month wedding anniversary rolled around. At first, we were skeptical of the place. We had to wait awhile before being seated even though there were empty tables, our waiter was unable to find us a wine menu and then we were told that they were out of dough which meant the pizza and flatbread we ordered, we couldn’t have. But, we were told to pick anything on the menu and dinner was on them. Our server apologized profusely; apparently, they had just sent out a coupon for flatbreads and had received more business than they were expecting. Since we’re both pretty easygoing people, we didn’t mind. My husband had the chicken parmesan and I had the a la vodka. Both dishes were very yummy. They had a great wine menu with different price levels, so that even the most budget-minded wino could imbibe a glass(or bottle). We also loved the atmosphere — it was dark, without being too dark, and the bar area had a cool waterfall on the wall behind the TVs. This would be the perfect place for a first date or just a relaxing night out. We will definitely go back.

My server Candace was a very nice and attentive to my needs. I recommend Naples to anyone looking for a relaxed environment to dine at. The food tastes great and the establishment smells great as soon as you walk through the door. Five stars from me.

Our server Candace was very attentive and had great recommendations.(She even adjusted the temperature when she noticed we were cold — it was 10 degrees outside that night.) The atmosphere is casual/comfortable. The menu was a lot bigger than we expected with a great variety of flavors/dishes. We were too busy talking and indecisive that night, so Candace helped provide great suggestions. I would highly recommend their Spinach Artichoke dip; it was delicious! We also got the Bruschetta Martini and Pietro Flatbread — also great! I would definitely go back! There were so many other items that sounded tasty!

It’s hard for me to find anything good to say about this place. Staff: Waited about 5 minutes at the front of the restaurant before anyone came to seat us. Our waitress was very nice but came by our table four times. Once to greet us(again after we waited 10 minutes) and get our order, once to bring my salad, once to bring the pizza, and once(after we hailed her down) to bring our check. She never came to check on us. Some of the worst service I have had. Food: The selection of flatbreads is a little bizarre. Lots of pizza with pulled pork on them, which I thought was strange. Only a couple of vegetarian options and even those were a little odd. I ordered the lunch special with a caesar salad and Spinarti(I think was the name) flatbread. The caesar was straight from a bag and the lettuce was wilted. They put the dressing on the side, which I realize most people liked but I just though it was gross. It was the consistency of mayo… ugh so disgusting. The flatbread was decent, but it’s nothing I would ever come back for given everything else. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The restaurant scene in Tulsa is exploding and there’s just no time to waste on places like this.

Lil sis and I were in town visiting family for the holidays, and as usual we did our research ahead of time in order to be in the know about the most important part of our visit — where to eat! We read great reviews from Unilocal, and being Cali girls, we knew that based on the type of cuisine that this was our type of place. Driving up on a Friday night, we noticed that the place was packed. This was a very good sign. The ambiance was spectacular. Dim lighting and a fireplace set the mood for this date night jewel. We were seated near the back, which had a great view of the open kitchen concept and bar area. This is a lively place with a positive upbeat vibe. While the scene is vibrant, it’s still quiet enough to hold conversations with friends and loved ones. We started off with libations, because that is the best way to get the weekend started. I ordered Russian River Rum Punch which consists of Captain Morgan, Pyrate Dark Rum and fruit juices. I enjoyed this. My sis ordered a Boulevard Single-Wide, an IPA. She was really happy with her choice. For dinner we ordered the jerk chicken Flatbread, the Mediterranean Flatbread, one Caesar side salad and one house salad. Everything was delicious. My favorite was the Mediterranean Flatbread, although, the olives made the Flatbread really salty. My sister really enjoyed the jerk chicken Flatbread. The downside to this entrée was that it got way too soggy, making it difficult to pick up and eat. It was still very good. I’d like to return for the Sicilian Flatbread with chicken and pesto. We loved everything about Naples. As another reviewer indicated, this new neighborhood jewel may be a best kept secret, but definitely not for long. I highly recommend this restaurant. Forgo those plans to go to the Cheesecake Factory and make your way to Naples. You will not regret it.
