My husband and I are thoroughly disgusted with our entire experience with Royal Fiberglass Pools. We spent tens of thousands of dollars on what was supposed to be a lifelong investment to be shared with generations to come, per the owners daughter, only to find that once we started to encounter problems prior to completion the owners along with their service department were neither helpful nor concerned at all. Our calls when answered or returned after a significant amount of time lapsed were greeted with more disrespect than we have ever encountered doing business with anyone. We had to make more phone calls and trips to the actual office in order to get any response than you would ever imagine. Our project is still incomplete and Royal Fiberglass Pools has made it very clear that they are not concerned at all. After all they have been paid in full. We followed the payment terms laid out by the company and were hoping that after doing business for so long they would value their reputation and not leave a project as poorly completed as ours. We will never buy a single thing from Royal Fiberglass Pools ever again and nor will they ever receive any type of recommendation from us. They should be ashamed with the way they run their business and respond to customer problems. It is a miracle they are still in business.

This company also does UHaul rentals… if their lack of organization can reflect any other part of their company I would never do business here ever again. I waited 40 minutes total– it should have taken 15min max from my previous UHaul experiences — clearly they weren’t here. First off I immediately noticed that the truck was covered in snow, I didn’t bring any scrapers, ect… I mentioned it, and the oldest woman told me SHE would let ME use hers… UMMMMM right. How about one of the tall men in the room can go wipe off the truck, they have winter jackets and gloves… and they work here, to be paid, thank you. The oldest woman took my credit card away from be and then SWIPED it without telling me the amount and without any intention to share the amount with me… she(with attitude.) shared it when I asked. My trip was supposed to be a ‘one way’ they didn’t really care or show interest in telling me where I would be dropping off the truck. This is an issue because if you drop it off to the wrong place UHaul you will be sued for ”truck abandonment’. So until I voiced concern later on where I would be dropping it off –they then showed mild interest… maybe more like inconvenience. That took 20 minutes. The the youngest girl who admittedly knew nothing about the paperwork was rushing me to sign my signature — here — here and here… which turns out was incorrect when the oldest woman reviewed it with me, she shouldn’t have had me sign so early, and I needed to be shown the truck and THEN agree that the truck is in the same condition(I had a feeling I shouldn’t have signed…). WOW. So this kind of seriously set my day of packing and moving and unpacking off on the wrong foot… If you live in the Tully area and this is the only place to pick up a Uhaul for moving I feel SOOOO sorry for you, I would suggest you find a friend with a pick up truck ASAP.
