This is a subway in the Westfield Mall in Seattle. It is in the food court area near the movie theatre. Anyway I came to this mall a lot because the sales tax here apparently is lower than the Texas sales tax, so I stocked up on clothes and other essentials. I usually would order a BLT footlong on wheat bread. It tasted alright. Usually there is no line here and a few old ladies working here, so it would only take a few minutes at most to get my sandwich. The old ladies here were so-so. In the end, I just want my sandwich. Would I come back to this location? Probably yes, because it is in a nice mall :)

This is the worst Subway I have ever experienced. I came here out of convenience since I had just gotten out of a movie and I was just staying at the Best Western down the street. First off, I was the first person in line so I figured things would go quickly. The gal making my sandwich could not hear me(I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt since we were in the mall food court after all) so she tried to give me the wrong vegetables. I asked for everything except tomatoes and olives. She only put those«except» vegetables on my sandwich and I literally had to yell at her to put everything on there. I rarely yell unless it’s to get my dog or my students’ attention. Once she got the vegetables correct, I said no sauce and to just wrap it up. Instead of that, she tried to put pepper on the sandwich. I dont know how wrap it up sounds like pepper. Secondly, I went to pay with the younger of two working at the time. It was an $ 8.09(ouch…what kind of crap is that) sandwich so I hand her a $ 20 instead of my card because for once I had cash. She then proceeded to only give me $ 1.91 in change. I told her I handed her a $ 20 but she didn’t believe me. She was very adamant that I paid in a $ 10. I didn’t even have a $ 10 bill on me as I had only pulled $ 20 bills out of the ATM before heading up to Tukwila. It took both my friend(I just love her. She even made sure to tell her she knew what change I should get because she is a teacher. Greatest part of the whole debacle) and myself plus a calculator to get me my correct change. She of course had to say as we were walking away that it would be her who would have to make up the difference out of her paycheck. Um, no crazy lady, your till is actually correct now because I in fact paid you with a $ 20. Worst 20 minutes of my life that I will never get back. I don’t even like Subways in general but was willing to give this one a shot. Way to go Subway for reaching even below my usual standards of you.
