Drove from Vancouver to attend the informative First American Title’s #mobilecomcamp and started with a great cup of Starbucks coffee!

Tiny and uninspired, it meets only minimum expectations. I came here to set up my new iPhone, purchased at the Apple Store a few hallways away. And it served the purpose well, the Google Wi-Fi blazing through app downloads. It’s got speeds you’d expect from your home broadband. They also have a few wall outlets(I counted 4 total plugs), one of which I used to keep my iPhone running. They’ve got a bar with high chairs, metal and not particularly comfortable. They’re so high that they make it a pain to reach the outlets, requiring a long cord or for you to hunch over. There are a few additional seats in the midst of the hallway, without plugs and still un-padded. The most unpleasant part was the barista, who talked excessively loud and with a manner that seemed thoroughly fake. The barista went on and on about how thankful she was to customers, about how much she wanted to help, about how cheery and uplifting life is. It was nauseating and a great representation of Seattle Fake. Please. Be real.

I have a coffee problem. I cant get enough. I have a few french presses and espresso machines. Ive been hooked on Starbucks drinks, upgraded to more premium brands, and come back to my first espresso love without turning back despite the world giving me endless reasons to avoid this Corporation. I know what i know and i like what i like. i like the chain because of their espressos and espresso drinks and the service is usually very good. Enter: this location I ordered my usual drink. its a drink i order at every location. its espresso and water, nothing from the secret menu and/or requiring a tricky handshake. its a drink that ive never had a problem getting anywhere in any state or US possession. Its actually a suggestion i got from a Starbucks barista. but this place had a problem with it on Easter 2015, aroind 7pm. Heres the. kicker…the attitude. Ladies, telling me nonsense usual is one thing, but dont give me attitude because you personally have issues. its not me– its you. i can avoid your convenient location for another convenient location. im guessing that you two have already been«passed up» plenty in life already, and its only jist begun. im also guessing this location is franchised out to some angry person who pinches pennies at the expense of customer service, because damn what the critics of atarbucks corp say, they make a good effort on many fronts, and they care about their customers… and id be shocked to find out this location is corporately owned. signed, starbucks faithful

Decent Starbucks w a tiny patio. The line here moves quickly and they seem to be well stocked on all food items, but an open plug for charging your laptop/phone/whatever can be hard to come by, particularly if you want to be able to sit near your device while it charges. Otherwise, no complaints

I normally would grab a coffee here on my way into work. However today I was online and noticed that this lady that had just got in line behind me cut all the way to the front. No one said anything but the cashier should of said something to the cashier. It’s the holiday season so the line at this coffee shop is already very long. There should be no reason some customers are allowed to jump the line. I will not be going to this location again. I will stop at a different one if I want coffee before work.

The staff are great! It’s a particular kind of hell to work in a mall and this crew does it really well. Make sure to leave them a tip!

Small shop but very clean. Good location in mall near Macys. Always busy but then again aren’t all Starbucks busy?
