Same good Chipotle food, but the Restaraunt smells like poop! Second time here. When we asked, they said it was coming from the empty space next door and that they couldn’t do anything about it. Really curbs the appetite!!!

I honestly don’t see the appeal to with Chipotle. I have been here several times and I have always walked away full, but the food wasn’t that good.
I have ordered the steak burrito at least three times. The meat just doesn’t taste that good to me, I don’t like the seasonings they use. I will never eat at a Chipotle again. If you are looking for a place with a great burrito, go to Café Rio. Unfortunately, there are none in Tucson, they are all in Phoenix. Save yourself the time and just don’t!

first i walked into the new store and not a single employee around. As i walked up to tbe glass looking for soemone i hear a load person say «yo some one get up there» at once a employee comes around the corner… Shes didnt seem very happy to help me … Out of all the Chipotala places ive eaten at that distorted my want to return

I ordered online for pickup, they sent an email giving me the total and pickup time, which was 25−30mins. The server for online orders has their own area for completing orders and payments. I showed up 5 mins early before pickup time so my server, Danielle, gave me a complimentary drink for having to wait. Soon others showed up for their online orders. But Danielle was on it and at the exact time for my pickup (5 mins later) she was done. I was not in a rush so I did not mind the wait. She was a great server with a great attitude and smile. My order was correct with no mistakes or complaints.

Cold tortillas, steak, barbacoa, & carnitas with no flavor, & dirty tables. This is what happens when they become so big and quality goes down. And like they say in marketing, great advertising beats a good product anytime.

New location! I love chipotle so I was eager to try out this location that is minutes from my parents house. This was my second time.
Clean and smaller than any other I’ve been to. The first time I came it was PACKED and the line moved quite slow. This time there was no line, and the process moved quickly. The staff was extremely friendly but a couple of them were definitely new. The salsa server noticed the person before her really shorted me on the barbacoa (I didn’t want to ask for more in fear of being charged extra) and she added more, no charge!
