So-So service that is unfriendly. Weak selections of sushi on the track. Overall a less then average experience

Took my sister here on a Friday night. 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing guy took forever to take our orders and forgot half of the things we ordered the sushi was far below even just mediocre. I’ve had better grocery store sushi from Fred Meyer across the way. 20 minutes before closing we wanted another salmon skin roll only to be turned down and the waiter telling me sorry kitchen closed! This is after half the things I ordered he said I wouldn’t get. Didn’t fill our water. Worst concept, worst dinner decision highly disappointed, won’t be coming back. Oh and look at the plates because they overcharge you and place the sushi on different colored plates then what is on the menu. This place is crap!

Good for track sushi and what you pay. Also in a good shopping area to work off all your rolls(sushi and belly rolls)

Not the greatest sushi. Saw a couple on the track that had little flies trapped in them. The place was dead and the service to get a special order was very slow and had to ask a few times before the order was made. Not very attentative to their customers. The place is nice and very spacious but the quality is not up to par with some other places.

Horrible service. Simply clueless. Chicken yakitori was like eating superglue. My wife said I looked like Chevy Chase eating the turkey during Christmas Vacation.

Went today with my boyfriend, we both enjoyed it! He has been here quite a few times, but it was my first time here. My favorite part about this conveyer belt sushi place over some others I have been to is the fact that the whole time we were there they were putting out new stuff. Many times places like this continue sending the same things around over and over again until more space is made, while here they just stack things to make more space to put more out. I liked everything I got, and the salmon nigiri deserves it’s own special mention.

Nope! Alright, we’ve all heard the anecdote of gas station sushi. You know, you pull up at some shady pump deep in the Midwest and advertised on some dilapidated wooden board it proclaims: free sushi with every fill! Lo and behold, you are staving so you make the walk of shame to the counter and redeem your consolation prize. …Ten minutes later you’re knee deep in world war three with the toilet. That’s pretty much what Sushiville offers up, abet better presented. Matter of fact, you should take the word«sushi» right out of the businesses name. For starters, I found myself taken back by how large this establishment was upon entry. Mega-large spaces are not the ascetics that I would normally associate with a sushi joint. In truth I should have listened to my gut feeling when it immediately told me that I was in a Walmart. The food itself was an absolute travesty. And calling it food in the first place is me being nice about it. The first four or five plates that rolled past were stuffed with imitation crab, which had a strange(and disconcertingly) grey hue to it. Pass. The Sashimi that I pulled off and tried tasted like rubber met salt and they procreated. I’m pretty sure the last time people used that much salt to mask the taste of bland meat, brig sail boats were still a thing. Fortunately the staff was polite and quick with the bill. After one or two plates my coworkers and I were already way past ready to leave. I’m all for the mantra of trying something before you knock it, but if you’re reading this and considering eating here, be warned. You’d be better off paying for a day old hot dog from that same gas station.

I’ve been eating sushi at this place for 2 years now and the owner and workers are very friendly. I used to do wholesales for fish and other seafood so i know about seafood. this place seems like they use fresh seafood and the owner is very aware of hygiene. I don’ t really know what the people who left negative comments are talking about, I eat pretty much everyday at this place, I see a lot of picky, demanding customers when i am there, and the workers are always patient with customers. I don’t even know how they deal with this difficult customers. lol

Nice atmosphere, large seating area an a huge sushi track. Never been a fan of these style places mainly because you never know what you’re picking up. It’s like a guessing game, is that crab? Is that shrimp? I swear all these places get their sushi from the same vendor. Not good quality at all. My assumption based on taste, this is the cheapest sushi you can buy(wholesale). Clearly sacrificing quality of the fish for profit margins. This place isn’t terrible, it just wasn’t good.

I’ve been a customer of Sushiville since it opened. My family loves sushi. Not being a fish lover, I go for the chicken skewers, potstickers and spring rolls. Recently they stopped putting these on the belt. You now have to order them«fresh.» Here’s the problem with the chicken skewers — they are just reheated on the grill. They are anything but fresh. They are totally dried out. This happened on my last two visits. My daughter agreed. We left them uneaten. When I told the manager so they could improve them, he said, «No. Not dry.» In other words, I’m crazy. I won’t be going back. They have lost a long time customer.

I do not usually go out of my way to write negative reviews. I have to say I have been coming here for several years. Until several months ago, the sushi was good for the«belt» type of establishment. The variety has always leaned heavily towards the rolls, and the offerings are the less exotic staples, salmon, yellow fin and maguro. I went yesterday at diner time and found the place almost empty. The food offerings were sparse, and tended towards the lower end of the spectrum– lots of Krab, mayonnaise and avocado. Some of the plates were elderly and the wait staff kept asking me if everything was«okay». I got the feeling they were checking to see if I thought the food was okay. I am not sure if they have fallen on hard times, or there is a change in management. Whatever it is, they need to fix it fast.

This place is great for a quick bite to eat when you are craving sushi. Not amazing, but does the trick. Hit and miss on selection, maybe it was the after lunch slim pickings, but the first time I went had a lot more to choose from. My kid loves to grab his food off the conveyor belt. Cool place!

This place is great! It’s the best conveyor belt sushi I’ve had. The restaurant itself is very modern and comfy. I really like their take out station, it’s a do it yourself option with a place to stand and pick items of the belt or order from a menu. awesome for when you had something really good but you can’t remember what!

Holy hell! Worse sushi train ever. Prices are ridiculously over priced and quality was so terrible. One piece of sushi had been sitting on the track so long, the sauce actually dried up on the rice. Service…shoot me now! The waitress took almost 10 minutes for water… yes…WATER! I actually joking said I’m going to ration out my water because our waitress won’t come back, and the guy sitting next to me that I better do it because he hasn’t had his refill of his Coke for about 10 minutes. On a side note, the same waitress was behind the sushi track stuffing her face with rice instead of checking on her customers, but hey who am I to judge. So unless u want to waste a part of your life you’ll never get back, then be my guest and come here. I’d rather eat taco bell for a year and get the worst case of soupy poopy then to EVER eat here. O. o O.o

I love Sushiville! I visited for the first time last fall when my girlfriends were visiting from Los Angeles. We went two different evenings they were here… what I mean is we drove from Milwaukie to Tualitin for some yummy sushi. Since then I’ve been here at least a dozen times… by myself and with my oldest daughter. We are the only ones in the fam who like sushi. Since she works at Kohls in the Clackamas Promenade, we’ve met up at Sushi Land many times for lunch. I prefer Sushiville. I think the restaurant is nicer, the food is better and the staff is friendlier. As I write this review I’m looking forward to the fact I will be having lunch there tomorrow!

MEH. I’ll pass. This location is decent enough. Heck, even the inside décor is nicely done. However, the prices and the sushi itself are awful. We came right at dinner hour and there were little options. It also looked(and tasted) like many of the rolls had been on the conveyor belt for quite some time. Between the two of us… we got 3 plates total and left. My sushi roll… that had some un-identifiable cooked fish inside along with some avocado and spicy sauce tasted a tad iffy. For $ 2.75 ew. Our total for 3 plates was around $ 7 and it was barely even food. Should have read the reviews to prior but it was a quick solution for our slight hunger pangs… or was it… o0 The fruit plate was plentiful but average. It’s fruit. The one server lady was slow and we were nearly the only ones in there. Overall quality is poor. We came. We saw. We ate… kind of… and will not return to this location.

I had 30 minutes to kill in Tualatin before I had to pick up Princess from her summer activity. It was late afternoon and as usual, I had not had lunch. Hmm. Tualatin. I have no clue what to do. All I could imagine was ice water. It was hot. Fast food? No. I pulled into the strip mall. Panera bread. No. Starbucks. No. Ah! Sushiville! Really nothing is faster than a track sushi place late afternoon. I was happy. It was cold. There was ice water. It was only moderately friendly. There was unagi and sake nigiri on the belt. Plates were $ 1.75. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the sunomono had octopus and shrimp on it. I like it fish free. There was also no fruit on the belt… it was mostly all sushi, edamame, yakitori skewers, and cheesecake.(how would you eat that with chopsticks? Not that I’d want one). Otherwise this place was fine. I was in and out in less than 30 for about $ 10. I’m not giving it four stars because it was my first time in. I was not wowed. But it was good and decent. Sushi belt is way preferable to fast food. Way.
