These guys replaced all of our old windows and also created a new one for us. The owner, Steve, is great. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied before he accepted payment. So from start of install, to issues resolved, was approx. 20 days… and we didn’t pay a dime until the end. (Unlike the furnace we just had to replace and they made us pay for it upfront!) A genuinely nice guy. There were a couple of walk throughs and tweaks, but once the small issues were addressed we were good to go. I give it 4 instead of 5 stars because while I really liked one of the guys, I wasn’t quite as impressed with the crew, overall. As mentioned in the other review the crew was mostly non-​English speakers from what I could tell. There was an english speaking foreman, a bilingual assistant foreman, and then the crew. I’m not sure why the other reviewer thought this was a problem… They were quiet, courteous, and worked continuously. They were respectful of the neighborhood and cleaned up best they could, considering it poured the whole time they were working. I do believe they did a decent job and we don’t foresee any problems.

The townhouse community that we live in is being remodeled on the outside by Erin Isle. It has been nothing but a headache. It should have been a 4 – 6 week project on each building but we are going into our 3^rd month. We get a schedule on our door for the following week but it is NEVER followed. The workers do not speak English and on multiple occasions I had to ask them to turn off their music. People do live here. They leave nails all over the ground after a days work. They have damaged items in my home. I mentioned that the rain was coming and asked for the windows to be sealed, they confirmed that they were… But wait… I have a puddle in my house… Tisk Tisk. They work when they choose. We can not wait for this to be over and done with. Such a unprofessional crew of workers. I’ve seen one Caucasian man and he was looking at his phone the whole time.
It looks like we are moving because we had to take down all wall decorations almost 3 months ago. You think they would cut a little rent off during the months of pounding and men just coming in your home without knocking… Woo Hoo Jose got a peep show! (Really? Not okay)
I would not recommend this company if you want something done in a timely manner or done right.
