I know it’s just a Taco Bell, but the guy at the cash register was really nice when we dined in. The drive thru is fast and they haven’t messed up our order once.

This Taco Bell is an absolute disgrace to all Taco Bell’s. Despite having REPEATED problems with my orders coming out incorrectly(including missing items, receving items that aren’t mine, orders coming out blatantly wrong, even after repeating the order 4 – 5 times and ensuring the screen is correct), I continued to patronize this location. Quite frankly because it was the most convenient. Unfortunately it has become apparent to me that this location’s employees have absolutely no regard for how an order is placed. Whether this is simple ignorance or willful action, I have no idea but it really shouldn’t matter. Any other location has no problem serving items correctly, so I have no idea what the problem is here but it seriously needs to get corrected or Taco Bell will continue to lose customers.

As many others have said, there’s not much point in reviewing a huge chain store. But holy cow, these people are nice. The cashier, Deondrae, was charming. He dug through the garbage to find a girl’s retainer that she dropped in there by accident.

Three of us decided to get Taco Bell for dinner on Sunday. One of the friends was flying to Sacramento, CA and we decided to eat prior to dropping him off. He must have been hungry because at the drive thru he ordered a bean burrito, a 7 layer burrito and a a chicken chalupa. Our host ordered a mango fruit freeze. I ordered a mango freeze, a 7 layer burrito minus rice and a nacho bell grande, substitute beans. The young man taking the order messed up and a woman took over half way through. She rang up three 7 layers, one without rice. I paid $ 18.62 for the meal, asked for a lot of mild, hot and fire sauces and left. The young lady had given us enough sauces and my 7 layer’s meat to bean substitution was good. We complimented her and left. We ate as we got to the airport and dropped off our friend. We discovered the extra 7 layer but no one ate it. When we got home I checked the receipt which I had paid via Visa. I noticed the error and called the store. The manager was busy and I held for some time. I could not get to speak with him last night and will call again today. Hopefully, they will acknowledge the error and refund one 7 layer which none of us ate.
