six to eight employees behind counter all at once mingling and conversing but none not even one can clean the glass where there’s so many finger prints on. and clean the floor. this whole place is so filthy. I noticed the employee with the test cup and was struggling to put in the vanilla sign up while another employee guy with scar/skin dark pigmentation at his right side neck kept scratching the side of his head. and not washing his hands right after. that made me gross out. smh.

Excellent quality and good service. It felt like i was at home. I loved the workers there. They helped me developed one or the best yogurts mixed with the best choice of toppings with a helping hand every step of the way. 69⁄10 would go back.

They sell frozen yogurt? Because we’re here for the Boba! LOL! :-D Delicious Coffee Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea, Almond Milk Tea and Jasmine Milk Tea… all with Boba! Yay! Perfect way to refresh after a rigorous morning walking through the Mall and watching a movie. ;-P Hey, gimme a break, it was a hot day in SoCal. :-D The workers are friendly and helpful.

Bit pricier than Yogurtland and Pinkberry I would say and not nearly as good but it’s not bad. I liked my froyo. Has a B rating… I’m not to sure what constitutes that kind if rating but hopefully nothing too horrific.

Visited this location last Saturday and it was not my first visit. But what I didn’t notice my first visit was how incredibly FILTHY this place is. Had I not had my 4 year old daughter with me I would have walked out. But I had promised her frozen yogurt so I couldn’t retract my promise. This location seriously needs to do a deep clean and a retrain of their employees because they were less than cordial and attentive.

Only giving this place 1 star because the boba smoothie I had was surprisingly pretty good. If this were not the case, I’d be giving it 0 stars if I could… The customer service here was HORRIBLE. Run by young teenagers that do not care about their job or the customers. I came here and ordered 4 boba drinks, but in the middle of giving the young man my order, a few of his friends came in and I got interrupted while he acknowledged them for a good 3 minutes. At that point I should have left and not given them my business, but I had young kids with me that were really looking forward to their drinks. After the easily distracted employee finally let me finish my order, he did not tell me the price of the drinks. And was STILL talking to his friends and let them order something before I could finish ordering and paying. Then I got his attention once again and had to ask him for the price. I was getting my money out while he just walked away from the cash register and one of the friends that had walked into the store, who I’m assuming is another employee but wasn’t on the clock, took over the cash register and finished taking my order. While waiting for my drinks I just kept observing the employees and how they were not doing their job. Just standing around talking to those friends and giving them drinks they didn’t pay for. I understand if they were employees it probably doesn’t matter, but I still think it’s unfair they got their drink before I got any of mine. Took them around 5 minutes to make theirs, but I had to wait 20 minutes to receive all of my drinks. I ordered a mango boba smoothie which turned out good. Not the best I’ve had, but it was okay. My sister’s coconut boba milk tea, however, turned out gross. She told me she had been here multiple times before and that’s usually what she orders, and that it’s usually delicious. I blame it on the distracted employees for not genuinely caring about their job. I feel like I wasted $ 15 and am definitely never coming here again, which is disappointing because I come to Del Amo Mall quite often and pass by this place almost all the time.

Stopped by because I was craving dessert after watching a movie at the AMC theater across the way. The yogurt craze is just about over to be honest, with so many places around and so many options none of them stick out as the best. Well I want to say this place has delicious cheesecake yogurt, yea, weird right, healthy yogurt but not really, but give it a try, I thought it was so good, I pulled that handle until my medium size cup was almost full. Also tried a bit of the cookies n cream and that was pretty good. Added granola, peanuts and almonds, and I went to town. The cups are pretty big, one cup with two or three flavors will satisfy the yogurt craving. They weigh the cup or cups at the counter just like the other places.

Meh. Not satisfied with their frozen yogurt here. I came here while waiting to watch for a movie at the mall. I was craving something sweet and thought that Tutti Frutti would satisfy my hunger for some creamy, rich, frozen yogurt. Did NOT happen. Most of their flavors were«out of order» and a handful of them had an icy texture… The only flavor that is worth mentioning is their mango one which had a nice tartness to it. Other than that, Yogurtland over Tutti Frutti any day. They also don’t have much seating inside of the place. The chair I sat on was way too wobbly. Sigh. I wish they had better options for desserts at the mall.

Yuck — this location is gross. I don’t really say that about many yogurt shops, let alone places in general… but I just felt like this Tutti Frutti was dirty, and that’s not something you want to be thinking about a place you’ll be consuming food from. There are very few toppings, and they’re extremely messy and clearly not fresh. The floor seemed to be sticky and dirty, even though there were 4 people behind their very small counter not doing anything. The other Tutti Frutti location I’ve been to is so much cleaner and overall better, so it must have something to do with the management here. I would stay away and go somewhere else in this mall — there are plenty of other better places nearby too. And lastly — it has a B rating on their health inspection. This speaks for itself.

***I have never big fan of Tutti Frutti and this one is no different; the frozen yogurt was way too soft and the flavors were too mild; this store did have a decent variety of toppings; prices were too high though*** This Tutti Frutti is located in the Del Amo shopping and movie theater complex, which has its own free parking lot and structure; it is easy finding an open parking space.

Came here for a snack after watching a movie at the AMC movie theater. Self serve frozen yogurt with a variety of toppings, boba smoothies, shakes, slushies and shaved ice. Their frozen yogurt was just okay. It wasn’t as smooth and creamy compare to Pink Berry. I also find their original too tart for my liking. Their smoothies are really good though. You can customize flavors and add fruits in it and they are generous with the boba. The location is really good because it’s inside Del Amo mall and gets good traffic, but it wouldn’t be my first choice if I’m craving frozen yogurt. I still prefer Pink Berry or Yogurt Land for taste and quality.
