1. Caffe mocha venti ($ 4.75) — it was pretty good! Better than other Starbucks location I’ve been to for sure. At least for this specific drink!
Server was very friendly and nice too! One bad thing was the wifi. It was very slow and didn’t work for awhile, which is surprising because Starbucks usually has very good wifi.

I always get exactly what I ordered at Starbucks! So out of all the Starbucks that I go to that’s in my town… This one is one of my favorites.
Apart from coffee, this place is always busy and dirty… Their bathrooms are always a mess and never restocked. There’s always a line and constantly packed… I’m pretty sure there is a maximum capacity limit they need to follow in case of an emergency?
There’s two drinks I get at Starbucks.

Terrible Starbucks. The staff is nice enough, but they are always out of what should be staple items and they take FOREVER to get an order done. Their bathrooms are always dirty or just flat out closed. Avoid this location at all costs and go somewhere else.

This place gets hella packed because uts on the middle of a lot of restaurants and its beside little company of mary hospital. I give it 5 stars because of the staff.
Staff here is amazing! They treat their customers well, especially their regulars. They have good teamwork and gets things rolling smoothly even with a long line of customers.

Customer service is awesome and the facility is always pristine. My issue is now having to spend $ 62.50 for a $ 5 free drink vs $ 24. Reducing the benefit is not a good look; my stock investment is next. VERY DISAPPOINTING! #starbucksrewards #notagooddeal #dissapointedcustomer

Downsides to this sbux: at peak times, it’s busy as hell; parking is awkward and kind of sucks; and small-​ish, so not ideal for studying/​working.
BUT, despite the negatives, this sbux is the most consistent in its drink making abilities. I think this is most important, and outweighs the slight annoyances I listed above.

This location is constantly busy… I come here only because it’s close to my friends and I can see them after…
I recently came in actually the day I’m writing this post and I took a picture of my Grande Soy Latte and posted it…
Odd that at a time when a recent class action lawsuit was announced they haven’t trained their employees to be more aware of shorting people who order drinks… if you look at least a ½ inch of my cup is not filled… Hey if I order no foam don’t make up for the no foam by not giving me a full cup!
Also, this location really needs Google Wi-​Fi or maybe it’s not available in the area… they have one of the slowest Internet speeds as well…
It gets a passable grade because the employees are friendly and the location is clean…

I am not surprised that this place has poor rating. Rude employees. Have no manners how to speak to customers. What you guys can do is to hire better people that are polite and understand how to talk to customers to keep the business going. Poor service, crappy employees that paints the picture for this horrible location of Starbucks.

This has been my preferred Starbucks in Torrance for at least a decade, even though it’s always busy & I wait in line. (I like my drinks extra-​hot, so I don’t order before arriving).
The staff here have been consistently friendly, efficient & almost always get my order right. There have been a couple of exceptions, but if my drink isn’t right they’ve always made it right without question.
I’ve noticed more staff turn-​over some years than others, but the managers seem to keep this location a cut above several others I’ve been to. Their service standards have stayed high all these years — at least when I’ve visited.

Clark ROCKS! I drew the short straw today and had to deliver 10 different nurses 10 different orders all to be rung separately! Clark made me feel like it was not a problem at all! His warm smile and quick wit let me know that he wasn’t going to be mad for the 10 separate orders. Clark made my visit the absolute BEST!

A nice location but always crowded, at times I just gave up and went around the corner to the Begal place and end up getting a better cup of coffee and freshly baked pastries. You can end up waiting in line, just to order 15– 20 minutes

Sitting in this location watching utter chaos. I came in on New Years Day for a couple of breakfast sandwiches and an iced tea and I will be leaving with a bad attitude and headache.

You would think all Starbucks are the same, but guess again. Although they do share some things. For example, they have extremely friendly staff, always nice with a smile and always taking orders correctly. The only issue I have with this Starbucks location is the amount of time that is wasted here. The lines are always long every time I go no matter if it’s 8am or 8:30am or 8:50, you won’t leave this Starbucks for about 6−10minutes. I’m not sure if it’s the location it’s in? The plaza? Or the staff? Because the staff is excellent but those lines are always ridiculous and the wait for your drinks and food is kinda down. Don’t get me wrong, their staff like I said is super awesome but we gotta speed it up sometimes. I wanted to leave 4.5 stars but since it’s only 4 or 5 no in between, I’ll give them their extra .5

Wow! Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been into.
Came in at 10:00 am and they already ran out of pike coffee and blonde, all they have left is dark coffee. Not my fave, so Not gonna happen.
Instead she offered me shot of expresso, which was not a bad idea, but charged me twice as much. Don’t care about the charge if it was my choice, but since there are no alternative they should have not charge me extra for the expresso.
Oh, watch out they do not have napkins in the bar, so if you spill get ready to panic.
Place is filthy, it seems that they have a difficult time leaving the counter and wiping the tables and counters, as well as sweeping the floor.
