Worst service today Workers need to understand that it is rude when they speak a different language around people that do not understand your language. Worst part is they laugh so you do not know if they are talking about you. I will never go back there, I should have gone to Unilocal to read that they have bad customer service

The bagels are really good but the customer service is hit or miss. There are two women who have a bad case of RBF and a consistent eye roll but the others are nice. Their soups are pretty god awful and so are a lot of the food in the fridge. There is always some weird wild card spice that i can’t put my finger on that ruins all the soups and snacks. But the bagels are spreads are on point(better than Einstein’s)

I got stuck with a mid-morning gig, located in the LAX operating area on the busiest travel day of the year. To avoid traffic, I had to leave early, which ended up giving me time to kill and the opportunity for breakfast. I landed at The Bagel Factory. I got the plain omelet sandwich on toasted pumpernickel and some generic coffee. The bagel was perfect and they made the best microwaved egg I’ve ever had. This place was worth the stop. If I came here again, I’d get the bagel and walk around the corner to Starbucks for my caffeine fix.

They always have a decent selection of bagels. The onion ones are the best, in my opinion. I like to buy my nephews chocolate chip bagels. Good service and decent bagels should not be hard to find. This place is it. The only downside(IMHO) are the prices. It’s pretty hefty. But, I do drive out of my way to go there because the bagels are great. Enjoy!

I am a bagel fiend. I love my bagels. These are authentic New York style. Boiled and baked, for that unique texture and flavor. They have a great selection. My faves are: 8 grain, cinnamon sugar, black russian, chocolate chip and whole wheat sesame. But there’s lots of others, if these don’t catch your fancy. Seasonal ones, too. The cream cheese is marvelous plain, but the jalapeño, vegetable and Lox mix are divine. So much yumminess going on there. All Kosher. So no bacon, ever. Believe it or not, they make awesome salads. The Roasted Heirloom Beets and Hummus salad is so great, especially with a bagel. The Vegan Greek salad is yummy. They do a great Israeli Couscous and Roasted Vegetables salad. A yummy option. On Thursdays and Fridays they make Egg Challah Bread. They sell it by the pound, and it’s always fresh and tasty. They do great omelets, but l only have tried the Leo Deli omelet. It’s so marvelous, l just can’t help but order it. I’m sure the others are tasty, but this one is over– the –top delicious. Most of the year l ignore their soups, but come the first cold rains in the fall, l rediscover their soups. Nice and hot, and oh so flavorable. The Butternut Squash is awesome, crazy good. Mushroom Barley, and Veggie Chili are also great. They have 18 different soups and they will have about 6 there at anytime. Can’t go wrong, all the flavors are yummy. For holidays or any cayering event, they have Fruit platters, Pastry platters, and a delish Salmon platter. Mix the platters with bagels and cream cheese and it’s so perfect for a brunch. Indulge your inner-bagel lover. You’ll like the difference of a real NYC Kosher Bagel.

We have ordered take out from here numerous times. We always get the same thing on Sunday morning– lox spread bagel sandwich on an everything bagel. Along with a to go coffee jug. Everything is always amazing! I got my husband hooked on the bagels and lox and now it’s all he wants! The service is great, they are always super friendly on the phone and have our order ready when we get there. They even give us cups, cream, sugar, and milk for our coffee. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for awesome bagels!

The bagels are pretty good; not bad and not great(slightly bready). The coffee is watery though. The big problem is that the wait staff is incompetent. The production line is slow and inefficient. So don’t come here on your way to work. They try to memorize orders instead of writing them down, but after a few customers they forget and have to ask you again… Or they just mess up your order. On my second visit I had to explain 3 times that I just wanted a bagel with cream cheese and lox… Nothing else. They still messed up my order.

Got the baker’s dozen and 2 cream cheeses(plain and strawberry) and came to $ 20. The bagels are good, and tasted fresh. So many flavors but the sweet ones I like more(cinnamon sugar, cranberry, raisin).

Nothing too special about this place. The bagels are fresh in the morning though and they don’t taste bad either. I’ve had their egg and plain bagels. I prefer the plain ones. They also make their own cream cheese there, which tastes decent. Nothing that would make me go «Wow!» though. Major downside to this place is the costs. It was over $ 1 for a single bagel. For 4 bagels and 1 small tub of cream cheese, it came out to be almost $ 10. You shouldn’t have to pay that much just for a few bagels. Place wasn’t gross, but I’ll stick to buying bagels at Ralphs or something.

When I need a bagel fix this is my go to place. The bagels are fresh and they are generous with the cream cheese! I hate when a bagel place gives you a small slab of cream cheese. The Bagel Factory knows how it is done. My favorite bagel is the blueberry bagel but I recently tried the garlic bagel and now blueberry has some serious competition! Lets move on to the Bagel’s best friend, coffee. I love the iced coffee! The ice is actually coffee so as the ice melts, the drink is not watered down, it just gets stronger :) That’s my kind of coffee! The service here has greatly improved over the past few years. It used to take 15 minutes to get your bagel even if you were the only one there. Now it only takes about 5 min which is much better. Overall, great place and the service is getting better. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Decent bagels, horrible service and iced coffee. It took 15 minutes for me to purchase 4 bagels, a container of expensive cream cheese, and a pricey iced coffee. There was only one customer ahead of me and she was still there after I left waiting for her sandwich. The manager sat and ate a bagel and did nothing to help anyone. The«iced coffee» is made with coffee ice cubes that contained way too many coffee grinds and it tasted horrible. I will not return.

FIRSTOFF! This place is near the cross streets of Torrance and Hawthorne. It’s not close to the position marked here but the address is correct. Secondly, ALLKOSHER. That means no meat! So no breakfast with bacon. If that’s what you’re looking for then sorry! And whoever said that this place is better than Noah’s — you’re tripping. The bagels are made fresh here but bagels are more fresh at Noah’s. The blueberry here aren’t the whole blueberries which makes it less moist. The breakfast bagels are okay. They need salt and pepper. There isn’t enough bang and I could have made this at home. You don’t want to really feel like this after paying 20 bucks for three breakfast bagels, one cream cheese and two individuals. Service is great though.

Bagel Factory in Torrance is my second home; Carolina, Adriana and Yaneth are amazing. From the huge smiles right when you get in, to their attentiveness and kindness, their service is 10 stars, by far! They always remember what I want and how how want my items to be done; they go on and beyond their duties to make sure that all customers are given attention to and feel welcome! A daily must return place :)) Aura xoxo

1 more star than last time because I can see the owner is making an effort to improve. The owner emailed me and made some changes to ensure that all the bagels will be ready by the time the store opened. It does seem like all the bagels are ready. However on my most recent visit, the store wasn’t even open at 5:35. Store should have been open at 5:30. I saw the guy cooking bagels and he saw me. It took another 4 – 5 minutes for the short Hispanic girl to open the door. She gives me a good morning, sorry for the wait, etc. but it was obvious she didn’t care. I’m not asking for the most cheerful or caring employee in the world, but I at least want someone that acts like they care. Note to potential customers, the bagels are very good. Much better than Einstein’s or other local places.

I come here to get my bagel and schmear fix while I wait for my juice to be made next door at froots :) I love that they discount their left over soups and package them in plastic to go jars. If only they had bacon(i wanted a blt on an everything bagel) this place would be 5 stars! But they’re fast, cheap, convenient, my kind of place!

Good bagels, pretty much what you’d expect. Just know the directions to this place from Unilocal take you the del amo mall. So unless you want a new washer and dryer head to Torrance and Hawthorne next BevMo.

I’ve ordered a lox bagel sandwich here before on an everything bagel and it could’ve been really good except it was way too salty. All I tasted was big chunks of sea salt everywhere on the bagel. The next time I ordered the same thing on an egg bagel and that was much better. I also ordered a cup of soup which was actually good except that I would think at 8 am all the soups should be full instead of almost empty? Perhaps left overs from the day before but that’s no bueno for me since it’s soup left outside on a warmer to serve yourself.
