Spring Cleaners

My boyfriend and I went to get his pants hemmed for a wedding we have to go to next week. The couple was very helpful and accommodating. The shop was very clean and they were very insightful. We will definitely be going back for all of our alteration needs.

They are the worst dry clearners my jacket is still dirty and they said they cant do anything about it the guy was rude and refused to clean my jacket again… Please do not ho there dont take your clothes there ive been to so many dry cleaners and this is the worst!!!

I recently moved back to the South Bay and needed a drycleaners. I’ve been using Rosa and Charlie at Spring Cleaners twice a month for the last 6 months and they have been great! Very kind people who do an excellent and professional job — even accommodating a few of my rush orders as well when I needed certain garments back quickly. I definitely recommend them!

Spring cleaners is the most amazing cleaners I have ever been!!! They got all my stains out and have amazing prices. The smiles and the friendly conversation are just an added bonus. I recommend everyone to go see for yourself.

When I first came in, looked like it just the owner working there. He made an effort to introduce himself, however failed to mention pricing or other things actually related to business. I brought in a few silk blouses and called out a few soup stains. He marked them with tape.
When I picked up my clothes, he was more concerned about collecting the $ 17. Before you pay, make sure you inspect your clothing. The same stains were still there. I asked, how is it so? In other places, this has never been an issue, but with this place, it’s a process that somehow, «is beyond my understanding.» was his words, when I asked why.
The service was poor, because he didn’t care to try to clean it again or even refund it. He wanted the $ 17 bucks. He took no pride in his service nor the quality of work.
You’re better off finding another place, such as I am. Just want to save someone the same frustration and disappointment.

Used it 3 or 4 times so far with nothing but great results.
I’ve used 2 other dry cleaners in south bay, one was terrible, the other good but closed down.
This one gets my shirts cleaner than any of the others ever did and when i leave things in my pockets or the cufflinks on, he ALWAYS has them neatly stacked for me when I get my clothes.

never use this place. the service is awful. i sent a dress in. and it came back ruined. the material was overheated and puckered. the seams were pulled out. when i asked for a dry cleaning refund (since it was prepaid) the owner pretended not to understand english. then he said it was the manufacturer’s fault for using bad materials. honestly, this dress was made of really nice quality and stitched very well. dont’ let this nightmare happen to you.
