Items here are always running low and needs to be restocked. There’s times when I have came here and a lot of things were actually out of stock. The toothpaste, tide pods and hand soap well the kind I like anyways are hardly ever well stocked. If an item you want is out of stock and it’s on sale you can always ask for a CVS rain check and when you come another day you will get that item for that sale/​clearance price that day. I never had a problem with the cashiers. The manager and cashier were actually pretty accommodating when my coupon rang up as being expired but it actually wasn’t. So the nice cashier manually inputted my CVS coupon for 10% off. G

Shrugs this cvs!!!
I was excited when I returned back in town to see a cvs. So conveniently close. The few times I’ve been In the store I’ve had more not so pleasing encounters and some pleasant ones. One cashier hygiene was high on confidence. Another cashier hearing aid must’ve of been out of batteries because I repeated myself clearly several times, but she still manage to charge me incorrectly and then tells me she can’t refund me my money. She didn’t even attempt to try or call for assistance. Luckily someone with better sense and authority took care of the situation. Quick fast in a hurry. I’ve been in customer service for years. One thing you don’t want is an unsatisfied customer or shopper.

One of the girl cashiers here never greets me. Just scans my items and stays quiet. No smile. Not a thank you. Have a good day. Nothing. Everyone else is helpful. Except that one worker she seems to have a bad attitude. Store is clean, always have what I need to buy.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO PHARMACY! I moved my presciptions over to this location since it was closer. They told me my prescription would be ready in a week. Which was fine at the moment. But I came back when I really needed it. They never refilled my prescription and said I need to wait and come back tomorrow. Also, this place has tried to give my mom a different prescription brand that what she was prescribed for. They do this every single time she has to refill. Plus They never have anything in stock. My mom would have to wait over a week to get her prescription.

Have to move to this pharmacy because of insurance issue. Pharmacy department customer service sucks here. Rudest customer service I’ve experienced (10÷11÷14 12:00pm). You have to wait in line while the pharmacy tech was just doing something in the computer. In my old pharmacy (walgreen) as soon as they see somebody waiting they help you right away even though they are in the computer. Have to go to the lomita branch. I hope its better there.

This CVS still has the new car smell to it. With nice wide aisles and very clean floors, you won’t mind browsing the store waiting for a prescription to be filled.
If the cashier sees you when you walk in the door they will always greet you and this is a nice touch.
Everything on the shelves is meticulously arranged, sorted, and organize making it easy to find what you’re looking for.
Plenty of wide parking spaces and never too busy, this CVS is the smart stop.

Best pharmacy ever! I will never take my medication fills anywhere else. Great location and awesome staff! They go above and beyond to help their customers definite 5 star service especially from Jennifer thank youuu!!!

The last time I went in the ATM wasn’t working but other than that this location is brand spanking new, organized and not busy at all. There’s always ample parking because it has it’s own parking lot.
Cashiers are nice and courteous and so is the pharmacy staff.

The cashier (Veronica is the name on the receipt) rang up my Mucinex, Ricola, and noodle soup then said, «Ma’am, I hope you feel better.» What lovely customer service, it goes a long way. Thank you.

Beautiful newness. This CVS just opened, it’s still got that new smell! Very nice employees here… good supply of assorted items, all displayed with labels facing forward… it’s so orderly! That’s what you get when it’s a new store!
