Eddie rocks! Normally when going to Ross. or any store for that matter we have to suffer with the burden of people’s screaming, crying children. Not this time. Best experience I’ve had shopping maybe ever. Great employee! Very helpful and funny~

The customer service at this location is the worst I have ever come across. The women in there were very rude. I was trying to return a pair of jean and was told by the sales associate that I was lying about where I purchased these jeans when I had the receipt in hand. I then requested to speak to a Manager and was greeted by another associate (who was not a manager) she then yelled at me… telling me she was not a manager. I retorted. then why are you addressing me??? She walked away puzzled. I then got pissed and requested their names and the managers name. I attempt to speak with a regional manager still no call back surprise. Surprise… needless to say I will never step foot. or spend any money at this establishment Ever Again.

Excellent customer service. Clean dressing rooms. Very happy with this location. The staff has always been very welcoming and security is kind. I don’t always find what I’m looking for but, I’m still happy with the prices of what I do find.

This store is a little more disorganized than the other Ross stores. For some reason I also feel as though they have less availability except in the kitchen section, this is where they excel. Thy have so many fun and cute nick nacks at an affordable price. It’s always fun to go wonder around to see what type of treasures you find.

This Ross store has been my go-​to store for the last 5 – 6 years… since they open. Very close to my house, no need to travel farther to find the same chaotic scene at the toy aisle.
It is very well stocked, but just like any other Ross store, you have to go through every single item on the rack to actually find the correct size on the wrong hanger size. I’ve always loved the little gems I’ve found in the kitchen utensils section, you never know!
Some days are better than others, one day the store looks very clean and organized, and others it’s just a mess on the floors. But I guess it is not the store’s fault but the clientele. I always try to pick up the toys from off of the floor just so that I can pass, but other people don’t care, they let their kids go crazy. I’ve heard the staff members over the sound system ask the parents to keep their little ones by their side… they might think it’s the play area at McDonalds or something!

Clean for a Ross, but during my visit, there was ONLY 1 cashier with the usual long line trailing between the dress racks.
Clean restroom.
Every single piece of clothing had a security tag, even items for $ 2.99. Maybe they have high theft here??? I dunno, but, whatever bonehead randomly pierced the security tag into knits (instead of along the seam) has just ruined the apparel that’s now doomed for a growing hole in the clothing… DUMB! (thus, the 2-​STAR rating!)
This store and shopping center (anchored by a Target) seems pretty new, there were newer housing divisions nearby, but I had this looming feeling like I was in the Maryvale area… not sure why.
There is a Kohl’s across the street, a Starbucks in the same shopping center, along with a Dollar Tree, and Kirkland’s.
