Been here twice. Thought I’d give it a second chance. Way over priced for the little amount of food given. Can never locate exact prices of meals on menu. Have no idea if the price I paid for my meal was right. The salad had little to no dressing and it was supposed to be Caesar. The only thing I liked was the Mac and cheese but it’s way over priced.

I used to go to the one off Nyberg. I was so happy to have one open closer! Even though I don’t go here a lot, I like getting a bread bowl with cheddar broccoli every so often(maybe about 1 – 3 a year).

Bagel was fresh and delicious. Service was relatively quick although the server was less than interested in helping us(or even being there). Instead of giving me my coffee cup when I placed my order, she walked away and I got it when my order was ready(only after reminding her). Nice to know the attitude among the staff is the same between California and here.

BLT was weird. Chunks of turkey instead of deli sliced. Bread was ok, stale crust. Avocado was visibly old. Nice standards, not as advertised. Would not come back here again. Nice atmosphere, too bad the food doesn’t match.

Panera bread is decent but this location’s setup is not intuitive at all, with the drinks and food pickup area hidden behind a wall around the corner. I don’t recommend the new broth bowls, ie wonton. The wontons are tortellinis thrown in a bowl of broth with chopped up broccoli, spinach, cilantro and cabbage. Seemed more like a kitchen sink soup. The wontons tasted so mushy I could almost swear they were cheese filled instead of chicken. For the price of $ 8.99 you can get a huge bowl of phở which tastes better and has noodles, beef, etc elsewhere. The deal of a $ 3 cup of soup isn’t bad and their pastries are pretty darn good though.

My first visit to a Panera location was when Hillsboro opened(a couple years back). I wasn’t impressed with their food. I had not gone back to Panera until today with a colleague(this time to the WSQ location). We walked in and the place was packed for lunch. Stood in line for a minute or so. I ended up ordering a bowl of turkey chili w/side of baguette and a pumpkin muffin. Fruit or chips was other alternatives to the baguette. After paying, the cashier handed me the muffin(in a bag) along with a handheld buzzer and instructed me to sit wherever. The buzzer will buzz once the good is ready. My colleague found a table near the food pickup area which was convenient. Just moments after sitting down, my buzzer buzzed so I went to grab my food at the counter. I wasn’t surprised that my buzzer buzzed so quick considering it’s probably pre-made soup on the stove. Picking up the good reminded me of a soup kitchen. Underneath the counter there are to go supplies for to-go orders or if you can’t finish your food. The turkey chili was okay. There was good flavor but it needs more meat at least in my bowl. I enjoyed the baguette and brought the pumpkin muffin back to work. My colleague ordered the Soba Noodle Bowl with Chicken. She had mentioned that it was quite satisfying. It looked really good especially on a cold day. On a side note, I have had their sandwiches through company lunches. I love the bread and the cookies are tasty too. The service was good but nothing special. Overall, I would give it another go but not with the turkey chili.

I ordered a bowl of Autumn Squash soup and was not disappointed. My boyfriend had the Thai Chicken Salad and Broccoli Cheddar soup(pick 2). He and I both agreed that my soup reigned supreme but were very happy with our dinner. The very nice cashier even gave us 2 pumpkin pie bagels, as we were on the fence with ordering one and it was at the end of the night. My boyfriend pretty much devoured the bagels and asked that I put in this good review. We always love Panera Bread. And this new location is very nice.

Normally love panera, however this was the FILTHIEST Panera I have ever been in! The Rug looked like it had not been vacuumed in days. It was the middle of a Sunday afternoon, and there were dirty tables everywhere. Unfortunately, we just do not feel like we can recommend anyone go here! Which is super sad :*

At the Washington Square store in Tigard OR, the tables were dirty and we saw no one ever wipe them while eating. The floor under the tables was filthy. An employee was cleaning the front door window then handled the plastic silverware restocking with his bare hands!

New location near where I work. Came here for lunch today with a coworker. Tried to beat the rush by going good at 11:30 but man was it busy! I got the steak and cheese panini, and my coworker got the Flatbread sandwich and Mediterranean salad. The steak tasted like it was good quality and the horseradish sauce was pretty good. I’d like to try a soup or salad next time!

Terrible experience. Went two days in a row, as I work right across the street. The first time I went I ordered a turkey bacon bravo. Sandwich can’t with no bacon. When I went to the counter they asked«oh did you want bacon?» Uh yeah duh, that’s what I ordered! So they added bacon… completely uncooked. Looked like it was just taken out of the package in the fridge and slapped on my sandwich. So I went and asked about it, and apparently you have to request your bacon is cooked??? They remade my whole sandwich(unnecessary) then when they brought it back, they had taken my apple off my tray… I just gave up and didn’t say anything. Bacon was BARELY cooked. The second time I went my coworker ordered a turkey cranberry sandwich and a Thai salad. She got turkey chili? And a salad with no peanut dressing. They gave her the same response, «oh you want the peanut sauce?», and made the sandwich. When she got the sandwich it had been microwaved for some reason even though it’s supposed to be a cold sandwich. Though this is a new location, this is a chain — there should not be really any kinks to work out as far as the basic menu items. No one from my office is ever going to go back again. Thirsty Lion for us!

Second time here in 14 days. Second time waiting for hot chocolate. Second time nearly finished with my food and had to ask where it was. Was told«it was done but it wasn’t.» Huh? Still waiting… Done with breakfast. Refund time again? What a shame. I really like this place. So I waited. Still no hot chocolate. I was told how understaffed they are today. There are six people here. Including me. There are at least four in the back. Asiago bacon sandwich and cinnamon roll were great, but this is my last time here. Manager was not much help. Actually argued back a bit.

Over the years I’ve had the eats at Panera quite often. This is a new location which opened not too long ago. The mini mall they are in has been going through renovation for quite a while and Panera is one of the first to open. So there is a lot of parking right now but when the spaces are full it will most likely be tough to get parking since there are not a lot of space is close by. Panera is like a really good deli. They offer fresh soup, sandwiches, salads, breads and pastries. They make their own bread, bagels and pastries. I notice a difference in going early versus late afternoon in the freshness of the bread especially. So I recommend go early. Today we tried the chocolate duet cookie with walnuts and the cherry pastry. The cookie was a big crumbly and just so so. The cherry pastry was light, flaky and very good. Like I said it could’ve been because the cookies were baked early this morning and when I got it it was around 3:30PM. The customer service was great and I was thanked for coming. I look forward to trying other items at this location. 2015 – 51

Terrible customer service. Decent food. I have been in this location multiple occasions without being greeted, serving my order incorrectly, or simply not having what I came into order. All aside, the food is pretty good. I recommend ordering ahead to avoid being hassled.

I have only been here 3 times now, but I am so happy that we have one near us again! We lived near the Gresham one when it opened and it was so nice to have somewhere healthier than fast food. I only get the chicken noodle soup with a baguette and I usually get another baguette because my favorite part is dipping the bread into the broth. I sometimes feel that the to go portion is a bit less than what you get when you dine in. But I absolutely love the online ordering and just coming in and picking up your phone. Feels weird just grabbing a bag of food and leaving the location, but I love how quickly it is. The only thing that I do not like about Panera is that there is HFCS in the cookies, like the sugar cookies. So hopefully they will do away with that soon! I will continue to go to this location a lot, until the Noodles & Company opens next to them(Washington Square states Spring 2015 opening), because I LOVE their food more! Except during the winter months!

New location with some kinks to work out. Service was 5 stars, clearly a lot of management around for the new opening. Ordered a salad that I often get at other locations, it was ready almost immediately. Sadly that was not a good sign. I think I got a pre-made salad that had been sitting in the fridge for quite a while and the crunchy toppings were kinda soggy and the lettuce was was kinda wilted. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly but the food wasn’t quite what you expect from Panera. I will probably give it another try in a couple months when they find their groove.
