I have found the staff here to be pleasant and very helpful over many years. They stock bulbs I can’t find elsewhere and are very knowledgeable. It seems the complaints come from Starbucks customers, not lighting customers. Apples and oranges, I say.

My husband and I decided this would be a good place to check out for lighting. We arrived before opening, so my husband parked in front of the lighting store and walked across the parking lot to get Starbucks. I remained in the car and and an employee maybe in his mid to late 40s walked outside the store and slammed a sign down on the curb directly in front of my car that read «No Starbucks Parking»… He just stared at me with his arms crossed and paced for a few minutes in front of the car, walked over to the grass area off to the side of the building and lit up a smoke. He approached me after his fix and demanded I move my vehicle because I was a Starbucks customer. His behavior was so abhorrent, I didn’t even bother to advise the gentleman we were actually potential customers who arrived to early, so we went to get coffee until they opened. My husband returned to the car and I told my him that we could spend our money elsewhere for the lighting. Don’t know if the man was an employee/​owner but one thing is for sure, their customer service lit up my day.

Well, my wife and I are remodeling our home and WERE planning on using this store possibly for our extensive lighting needs.
What I saw the two employees of this lighting store do was appalling!
This lighting store «shares» a parking lot with Starbucks and apparently the store does not like anyone going to Starbucks and using the parking spots.
My wife and I parked away from the store however two young ladies had the misfortune of getting a severe tongue lashing from the two employees.
So after witnessing such poor people skills my wife and I did NOT go in and went to a competitor to spend our money.

These people don’t even deserve a star after what I just saw this morning. Some crazy blonde lady decided to act a fool and go and put big stickers on the drivers window of cars (blocking the view for the drivers, and hard for them to even remove the sticker) as they were parked in their parking lots. They have around 20 open parking lots for their store inwhich maybe 2 were being used (one being her own black car). I have been coming here every morning for two years and there maybe one customer at this store between 7:30 — 8:30 in the morning. They share the lot with a drive through Starbucks and it’s busy for the Starbucks around that time. If it were not for that Starbucks I would never of went in and bought lighting from them. They just lost my business. Not a great way to show possible future customers this act of ignorance and no support. There was a line of about 15+ cars, I’m sure you just lost their business too.
