I oversee the management of several apartment complex’s in the valley and was in search of a new lighting company for my properties. I came across Titan LED on internet, I called and spoke to Jackie initially, she was extremely helpful and put me in contact with Glenn. Glenn and I met, he showed me what Titan had to offer, the value and the fact that the lights are made in the USA, won hands down! I placed an order for replacement lighting for all 8 of my properties. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner and I couldn’t be happier with Titan LED. I have referred them to several of my fellow regional managers who have and will continue to go through Titan LED for all of our lighting needs! Thank you again Titan LED, I am glad I found you!

USA made right here in SIMIVALLEY, CA! The staff is VERY professional and knowledgeable in the LED field! I felt like I was given an new education to the LED world! I am very happy with the service and the product. Every company has it’s glitches, so for the rest of the comments on here… I had a GREAT experience with TITANLED!

We tried to order 1 lamp on warranty and it took almost two weeks for them to finally agree to send it to us but they wanted US to pay for the freight. Since that was going to delay our process we just decided to buy one LED lamp from them. I’m going on four weeks and still haven’t receiced the ONE lamp. Their receptionist is rude and gets loud with you, their rep Jackie is horrible at returning emails and phone calls. All I was calling for was an ETA and it would have to try and contact her 2 – 3 more times before she returned my call or email. Once she did, all she would say is I need to check with the shipping department and it go back to no response and me calling 2 – 3 more times to get an answer. It only gets one star because Unilocal is forcing me to. HORRIBLESERVICE!!!

We paid Titan LED, Inc. over $ 10,000 cash in February 2014 to have them install our lighting. We are a small business and this was a large ticket item for us. It is November 2014 now and they just dropped off the last of the lights… and still they are not the lights we agreed to… Here are a set of complaints against the company: 1) Did not scope the work correctly. 2) Did not complete the install in a reasonable amount of time(nine months is more than enough time). 3) Did not respond to requests for resolution in a reasonable amount of time(again, nine months is more than enough time). 4) Repeatedly late to work site. 5) Repeatedly brought the wrong lights(In the end, we never got all the ones we agreed on). 6) Actually lied to me, repeatedly. Here is one example: They told me lights were being tested when they were not. I would not have found this out except, they made a mistake and the lights were sent directly to me from the vendor. I received the lights a week after they were supposedly being tested. 7) Emails not returned. 8) Phone calls not returned. 9) I could go on… When I was at my wits end, I began contacting the executives. Executives always handled the calls with me professionally, but ultimately their people did not do what we agreed to. The execution of our agreement lacked importance because it still took months to get anything done.
