We love wings. But we also love great service and that’s what you get from the staff here. Jordan was our cashier /server and she was so attentive and so sweet and had a great smile. I would go back just to be served by her. In this day and age you don’t get great customer service. Look at those chains that have those pads on the table. It’s like they don’t want to have any customer service. Well not this place. Not only did they great every customer that walked in. They brought our food to our table made sure it was right was checked on numerous times. And they were getting slammed with customers. Jordan is an amazing server, she will go far. And I only wish they could bottle her personality and attitude and give to every person that is into customer service. James is the manager and for him to have a great staff only speaks volume to his skills as a manager. They have made a life long customer. Thank you for bringing back service to customer service.

Have tried this location several times, always the same. Rude staff, overcooked meat, and they charge almost a dollar for a small container of ranch. Umm shouldn’t we get a free sauce with our order of ten wings? You wouldn’t have to nickel and dime your customers if you stopped chasing us away. Never again at this location!!!

I love this wing stop, We always order the family pack with all Drums and extra crispy. My favorite two flavors are the original hot and Louisiana Rub, some of the best wings. I love the Fries here too, and again order them extra crispy! Service is usually pretty good but we always order online for pick up to go and never had to wait. There is always a line here so that should tell you it’s pretty awesome! So if you like to go order online and save yourself the hassle of the line :)

Terrible service again. Order wrong again. My wife and I walked in and asked for clarification to make sure they were regular and not boneless. Stated«oh yeah». Servings were pathetic at best and the sides we got were litterally like a spoonful. Truly pathetic service again.

This place makes me sad. I got food from them tonight and the fries that were supposed to be well done were half cooked. I got takeout, so I was able to cook them the rest of the way myself at least. The wings… well, they gave me the wrong order. I got there when it was supposed to be ready and they had not even started. They must not check their online orders at all. They gave me a flavor of wings I cannot eat(allergy to cheese, can’t eat Parmesan). Now I’m disappointed and still hungry.

Seriously awful. I’ve never ordered wings from another Wingstop but this one definitely sucks. There was a very long line when I went to pick up my wings. I ordered online and I had to wait about 20 minutes past my pick up time and the wings were dry with hardly any sauce on them. Completely disappointing. I didn’t waste my time complaining since I was dissatisfied with the quality of the wings it wouldn’t be worth it for me to eat them even if they were free.

Every time I try to order I get put on hold for five to ten minutes, even on a Tuesday. I tried to order online but when I showed up they didn’t have my order. I was told by the cashier«that doesn’t work here.» Thornton is severely lacking in wing spots which is the only reason I bother, not really worth the hassle since I can make them better at home. Last time I bother.

We ordered Cajun and garlic parmesan wings. We got hot wings with Cajun seasoning sprinkled on top of 3 of the 10 wings. The garlic parm wings were more like over cooked frozen wings from the grocery store with kraft parmesan smothered on top. No sign of garlic to be found. Last time we will ever go. Terrible.

Horrible customer service! Stopped in and ordered 30 wings to go! Waited 35 minutes to have the order served. DONOT expect fast service or kindness from this establishment. I counted 8 employeesall standing around talking. Unbelievable!!!

I have been coming to this wing stop for a couple of years already, and I have never had an issue. Maybe I’m just lucky who knows, what I do know is that I have been to 5 different wing stops and this one is my favorite one. I can say that if this place had a better costumer service at the counter this would be a lot better place to go eat. With that said 75% of the time I order to go and I have not had an issue yet.

I love Wing Stop. But I’ve always had a poor experience at this location. I won’t be returning. Every time I go in for take-out, I arrive a little later than the time my order is estimated to be ready by and still end up having to wait an additional 15 – 20 minutes. I also paid for a large tub of blue cheese dressing, and got ranch instead. The food is good, the service is quite awful.

been ordering from this wingstop almost every weekend for 3 years, at least 60% of the time the mess up on my order, and 90% of the time they make it right by giving me a remake of my order, but after tonight’s mess-up, i won’t be going back to this one again. you think after 3 years of ordering the SAME order every weekend, they would get it right, but i guess now. i order my wings wet, and crispy(this week they weren’t wet or crispy), it is on every single order ticket i have ever had(and shows it when i log in my account), and somehow they mess it up, and tonight to makeup for their messup they offered me a 10 piece pack with fries? are you serious? you messed up on MY $ 50 order, and if i want any of it replaced i have to drive all the way back tonight(during my broncos party, 7 mins before the game starts), and wait for a new order? you can go f*** yourself, and 50 a week may not be a lot to your company, but you just lost it. Looks like Buffalo Wild Wings is my new spot!

Great wings but service is terrible. Waited 40 minutes for wings and the when I get them they are cold. Girls at front were not even friendly. Hard to get good help I guess! I’ll just take the extra time and drive to Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s about the same time since I waited 40 minutes.

Haven’t had them in over two years. Thought I’d give them another try since the WingStreet near me had closed for takeout orders already. Walked in and the clerk seemed annoyed that someone would order so close to close. No one else in the restaurant interacted with me during this time. My fries were a soggy mess in the 10 minutes it took me to get them home. This company still hasn’t figured out how to pack food«to-go». Buy some boxes for fries so they’re not just sitting loose in a «boat» in the bag. This may have contributed to the fries going soft. The boneless wings were nothing special and considering the other parts of my review mean I’m not going back. Two chances are enough – surely some other places have great late night wings.

Disgusting and so overly salty, I had to throw away my food. The spice wasn’t one to *enhance* the flavor, it was just spicy. And I LOVE spicy. Done right. This was just hot/spicy, but with no attention to flavor. Everything just bad. The service was slow and stuff. The price was OK. The staff was fine on the congeniality side, but so slow. It was open late. Trying to be positive, but I’d never waste my time or money here again.

Worst meal ever. Screwed up my online order and wings were garbage. I don’t care what they wanted to offer me to come back. I will rather buy frozen wings than ever go back there again.

I really like this Wingstop, as well as the peeps who work here. The wings are usually good, and the peeps are always real friendly(huge bonus points!). I usually get boneless Louisiana Rub and potato salad, and Sweet Wife gets boneless Garlic Parmesan and Well Done fries. Hint: if you don’t ask for Well Done, the fries are pretty soggy, and soggy fries are a sin against nature, right? Overall, good stuff and good folks, so go in there and say hey and get some good grub… I highly recommend!

The service and knowledge of their products is awful. I’ve been to other wing stops and have never had issues, but this one is particularly bad. The last time I was here, our order came out and they put it in a to go bag when we were dining in, which wasn’t awful, but they didn’t ask. Then some part of the order came out regular wings when they were supposed to be boneless. This time I asked about their .60 cent ala carte boneless wings and the guy working the counter didn’t told me there was no such thing, even with the sign behind him saying so and a gal next to him also said they still had the deal. The staff is extra special, and the lack of attention to detail or even care for detail is miserable.

How completely unfortunate. I rarely rate chains as being good places to eat, but I had made an exception with Wingstop. Now, the quality at most locations has declined significantly. The sauces are still really tasty, but the wings are more often than not completely cooked to in-edibility. The rolls once great, often now are just garbage. The service was rarely worth mentioning(what else can you expect from minimum wage employees) but the last couple of times in the Thornton location, I was treated extremely poorly. The manager even argued with me after I mentioned the last order was not correctly fulfilled. The response by him was to lather a disgusting amount of butter on the rolls, so much that the rolls were not visible beneath this layer of un-melted fat. I just hope there was no phlegm mixed in with it or the rest of my order. The owner should pay attention to this review. So should the health department. I wish I could order again because wings are one of my few guilty pleasures. I just don’t want to risk my and my family’s health. Big boos to Wingstop and it’s management.

I’ve been here many times. I pretty much always get half original hot and half garlic parmesan. The garlic parms smell like feet but taste really good. The original hot has a great flavor and pretty good spice. Wednesday is «wing Wednesday.» The wings are cheap. They also have a happy hour for beer. I have had the atomic wings. They are extremely spicy. Not as much as some«spiciest options» at other places, but still very spicy. The fries need some experience to order correctly. First, get them extra crispy. If not they will be limp. Second, get the seasoning salt on the side. Sometimes they put way too much. It’s pretty good stuff though. It’s really sweet. It has sugar in it. I know it sounds weird, but it is very good. I can’t believe that guy who took a star off for them being messy. What? Are you kidding me? They are wings dingus. They are always messy.
