I come to this store because of the location. The interior is greatly improved since the remodel, but the customer service has NOT. I have yet to go shopping a single time where my groceries were bagged for me. Today, multiple employees wandered by, watching me and every other person checking out bag their own gorceries. This was made worse when the manager came out, saw how busy the store was, flirted with his cashiers, and then walked away. Not impressed.

A great King Soopers location — it’s very convenient that it’s open 24 hours. It seems on par with the 120th & Colorado Blvd. location. Awesome discounts when buying items in bulk, particularly on 2 liter drinks, Rockstar Energy Drink products, and candy. Gotta love the cereal topped donuts too! Express self-​checkout lanes, friendly staff, and anywhere you can find a 99 cent pair of size 13 flip flops in early October at 3 am is 5 stars all the way.

This particular King Soopers is a disgusting store. The people who frequent this store are not the most pleasant people to shop next to. The staff is nice but clueless. Walked into a pile of vomit right out front of the entrance! Surprised me that no one noticed it before I stepped in it, as right around the corner there were 4 King Soopers employees on their smoke break, less than 10 feet away from the pile off vomit. Went another time and had to use the bathroom and there was a pile of poop on the floor! Have to shop here because this is the only King Soopers closest to my house, and I go for the prices. I try to go to a nicer and cleaner Kings Soopers when I can.

OK I LIKE King Soopers as a general rule. I prefer it to other stores and so on but THIS store has employees who don’t know where anything is, is set up funny and has like the scum of society shopping at it — seriously there is always like a really smelly person there. They don’t clean up the carts and if you ask about something they just look at you like «Um…what?“I’d go to another store even if it’s further to avoid this store.

Filthy! Produce section is full of spoiled fruit. Floors aren’t mopped on a regular basis. And, don’t even ask about customer service, there is none! We’ve had two instances where the bagging clerk (same guy both times) forgot to pack all of our items. My husband called the store manager hoping that the clerk might be retrained. Instead, I was accosted by the bagging clerk who had screwed up twice prior!
Save yourself the trouble; go to the 120th and Colorado location instead.

This is the worst kings I’ve been to in a long long time. Dirty. Busy. Produce is down right rotten or on the verge!!! The staff is rude or unapproachable! I am pretty unimpressed … I won’t be returning here. Ever. I have tried the kings on 120th and Colorado and it’s a night and day difference!!! Drive somewhere else. Trust me !!!

This is a 24 hour store but I went in one night a little after 11pm and it was filthy. Such a turn-​off. I will make a further drive for a cleaner store…

MMMMM KS Spicy Fried Chicken…
I am a big fan of the King Soopers Spicy Fried Chicken. I like it a whole lot better than KFC and any other fast food chicken chain — I’d put this spicy fried chicken against any of them. This chicken is always juicy, always tender and has just the right amount of spicy kick. It almost reminds me of the chicken wings you get at Hooters, but a whole lot more. Yum… and hell you just can’t beat the price…
