Kmart Super Centers

This place has to be one of the worst run store I’ve ever seen. Haven’t been in a Kmart in a long time and will never go in one again.

After our this recent trip to Kmart it is absolutely no wonder why this company is slowly but surely going out of business. One we couldn’t find the maturity department after asking an associate found out they don’t have one which she then recommends going to target! We then try to check out with the couple things we have the cashier helping the one person ahead of us just walks off not saying anything we go to another register when that cashier walks off too! So we go to a gal helping people and she says she is closing. We left our stuff at the check out a processed to target.

Went this weekend and my daughter picked out 3 dresses. I let her get all three since sign said they were 9.99. The register rang up at 9.99 and the other 2 at 17.49 each. I questioned the error and the cashier called the dept and was told only half the rack was on sale. What kind of signage is this? Obviously there were already aware of situation and did not fix it. I asked to speak to the manager regarding false advertising. The cashier called for a manager 3 times and after waiting 15 minutes I gave up and left the store. This store fails at quality customer service. Signage was wrong and they were aware of situation and management is not accessible and they seem way too important to be bothered by helping customers. This is a rather empty store lacking in merchandise and customers. The employees and management really need to work on keeping their customers happy before this KMART disappears like most of the other ones have.

Worst little caesar I have ever went to pizza was old and hard and crazy bread was dry and no flavor

I’m not a huge K-​Mart shopper but stopped in here last week. There is a little caesers pizza inside which was cool. Overall good store.

They have a liquor store inside. That’s so odd for a kmart… but besides that I found insane sales on clearance towels and bath mats. Had everything I needed and only a few blocks away. It is however insane to me that this store consistently has like one or two checkouts available… go to the jewelry counter for quick checkout :)

I haven’t been into a K Mart since 1986… and I made an assumption that I could easily find a vegetable steamer basket in this massive warehouse sized store. I walk in and this place looks abandoned. There were actually huge gaps on shelves and dust gathering on the few products they had left to sell. Why doesn’t this store just downsize and make better use of space? Well… I didn’t find what I was looking for… they didn’t have something as simple as a steamer basket… but right next door at King Soopers — they had it… go figure? ;)
