Did you know they serve breakfast here? Just kidding! But I would be first in line for the Diamond Pancakes or the Gem Waffles. Hoot Hoot! I want to channel Audrey Hepburn and her pearls every time I walk in the door. I think a UYE with gold flecked beignets and some Tiffany Blend coffee would be appropriate don’t you? Walk in and be-dazzled! This is the Rolls Royce of jewelry shops around the planet and its namesake makes you wonder who is Miss Tiffany? She is one lucky girl! These handsome gemstones have been worn by royalty, the rich and famous, the very rich… and then there’s me. Who has a loving husband who showers her with fabulous finds from this wonderful little store. I come in to get the baubles cleaned and every time I do I am treated very well. I get free cleanings every time I walk in and I can go into any Tiffany for the free service. Gotta love it. Located in the Marketplace. Valentine’s Day is just around the corner… Hint Hint:)

I only buy pieces every few years but I visit this location frequently to have my jewelry cleaned. The sales associates are always very friendly and they are fast with my cleanings. I have only had to leave pieces overnight for deep cleans a few times and they are prompt with phone calls to let me know when they’re ready to be picked up. I know I’m paying for the brand here but I love the service and maintenance at T&CO.

There’s a lot that I can say here, but I’ll try and keep it short. The customer service at this place is amazing. I’m sure you can walk into this place in a three piece suit, but me being the type of man I am, I showed up in jeans and a t-shirt and a beanie, and they treated me as if I showed up in that three piece suit. Elizabeth took care of me today, she was very charming and made the whole experience great, she knew how to hold a conversation well, asked all the right questions to ask, and is a very dangerous lady because she makes you just want to buy up the whole store just to spend more time with her. It’s good to have an idea of what you want when you come in, but the people who work here will definitely point you in the right direction if you don’t. This is Tiffany & Co. however, so sometimes it’s good to know and look at the website first so you don’t get blindsided by the price, this place is top of the line.

I wish I could give them no stars at all. I usually don’t write any reviews, but this time I feel like I have to warn people about Tiffany and Co in the Woodlands, Tx. Three days ago I went to purchase the Tiffany Toggle necklace. They didn’t have it in store so they located it at the Galleria. I agreed to pay for it over there and pick it up at the Galleria. As soon as they rung my transaction I was told that it had to be voided because a mistake was made. I said fine, so I handed them my card again. They charged for the purchase and I went and picked it up at the Galleria. Everything went well until later in the afternoon when I check my account. To my surprise, I realized that I had been charged twice for the same necklace. $ 800 was out of my account. I figured out I have to wait until the next days so the $ 400 extra would be released. Three days later the money still hasn’t showed up to my account. The bank told me that I was charged twice. I went back to the store and I was told that I wasn’t charged twice, it was just a hold. I got really upset because my bank clearly shows two charges. Now they are telling me that it could take up to 10 days to get my funds back. What really upset me was their attitude and their denial that I was double charged for the same item. Moreover, the sales director admitted it had happened before to other customers, which makes me wonder about their overall customer service and not just my situation. I understand people makes mistakes. However if the sales lady had told me the void was an actual charge, I would have been different. All they had to do is tell me. They are probably used to people with lots of money who don’t bother when they’re missing $ 400 out of their account. I work hard for my money and this experience was very disappointing. Now I’m still waiting… so be careful, if you are on a budget think twice and maybe bring cash just to make sure.

I admit, when the bar is set as high as a company like Tiffany & Co’s reputation, I expected quality, not just in the product, but the service as well. My husband went to this boutique location to buy a bracelet for me for our anniversary. They didn’t have the one he wanted in stock, so they pursuaded him to order it and have it engraved also. He gave me an «IOU» for the bracelet, explaining it would take about a week for the engraving. With as many locations as there are in Texas alone, why couldn’t they locate one in stock and have it shipped the same day? That was over a month ago. My husband received a phone call about 10 days later stating it was ready to be picked up. He brought it home to me and we found that the chain for the bracelet was ¾″ shorter than the one he ordered. Plus — no engraving. He took it back to have this corrected. They apologized, put a rush on it, and said it would be back in about a week. Everytime I checked, I was told it would be in their store in the next«couple of days.» THREEWEEKSLATER, they admit that the package was lost by UPS enroute to their store. When my husband went to the store to discuss this multitude of errors, he was met with many apologies and an offer to do the engraving for free on the one they are STARTINGOVER on the order. He told them he expected the engraving to be free irregardless of the mistakes they made and suggested they offer something that would be more reasonable in light of a ruined anniversary gift that will now be about two months late. We continue to recieve stalls and apologies, but no actions. This was my first experience with Tiffany’s and to say it has left a VERYBADTASTE in my mouth is an understatement. I am extremely disappointed in their handling of our order with such complacency and not stepping up to restore their reputation and show at least a little bit of honor.

Tiffany and Co is always first class in quality and service. If you ever have a problem with a purchase, they will fix it! You definitely pay for what you get. Tiffany’s is first class in every way!
