This store used to be so organized. It has gone downhill quick! It has turned so non classy. I used to buy all of my work pants there and now you hardly can find any and the clothes look cheap. I agree with the other review… this store looks like it should be in Greenspoint or Willowbrook, not the Woodlands. Managers need to really think about how they can fix this ongoing problem. As a loyal and long time customer, I am extremely disappointed!!!

Found the perfect belt for work inside of a display container with several other similar belts. So excited, went to check out. Waited forever behind a woman with a ton of clothes to return an two screaming kids in tow.
The displays were a mess. The jewelry display was all over the place, the clothes out on tables were a mess. Wasn’t impressed. I would expect this from a store in Greenspoint Mall, but not at The Woodlands Mall.
About 10 minutes of waiting later, another employee finally came over and escorted me out of the line to another register. When I shows her the belt, she condescending informed me that it went to a blouse sold somewhere in the store and couldn’t sell it separately. Hello? Then don’t stick it by itself on display with other belts for sale? How am I suppose to know?
Won’t be bothering to shop here again, I wound up buying a belt at Express — no line, no screaming kids, and quick checkout.
