Bella Beau MedSpa

I had been looking into chemical peels for a while, and I finally decided to give Bella Beau a try. I was truly pleased with the results of my first peel (and throughout the entire process at the spa). However, I felt as though I were rushed in and out on my second and third peels: not sure why, because no one was ever there waiting before or afterward each time. The staff were not exactly the most professional: friendly, yes; professional, no. Where the one star rating comes in (otherwise, it would have been about a 3): I scheduled an appointment in person at the spa nearly a month in advance (I travel a lot for work), and they tell me they will have moved to their new location by then… a few extra minutes away from my home, so what… So, I go that day to the new address given to me by the receptionist, and it doesn’t exist. I call the numbers I typically called to schedule an appointment and such, and I get a weird voicemail. I do a quick Google search to make sure I am at the correct address (and to ensure I have called the correct numbers)… I am… no where to be found. Yet, my account is still charged??? I definitely do not recommend this place! I should have read all of the reviews listed online beforehand, and I would have avoided this entire fiasco. Do your research (unlike me, unfortunately) and find a more reputable spa (even if you have to pay a little more). Hope this proves helpful. :)
