My couch and 4 dining room chairs were picked up the 1^st of November. I had a dinner party scheduled for December 17 so thought there would be no fear of them not being back by then (3 weeks was the guesstimate time it would take to complete the job). Could not get in touch with them by phone or cell phone. No return phone calls to confirm delivery date. Had to cancel the party and reschedule. Finally, he calls on the 16^th after I cancelled the party and said they would be delivered on Dec 17. The chairs looked like the tops had been hammered. The delivery did not go smoothly. They owed me two pillows which i foolishly paid for. It is now March 1 and despite promise of delivery the following week, I have given up on either getting my money back for the pillows or ever seeing them. They also covered three chairs in my office with the fabric turned backwards. Were to pick them up same time as they were dropping off my pillows. Nope. Didn’t. Probably never will.
Do not use! They are not reputable or reliable. I really thought there was a possibility I’d never see my furniture again.
