My wife and I really like this place. I would give it 5 stars but a recent visit left us wondering what is going on. There’s an Open neon sign lit up, the door is unlocked, but no employees to be found! A typed note and flavor petition is taped outside on the glass. The note said there is an employee and inventory shortage, and blames the owner. There’s a petition for the city allegedly to keep TCBY here. Seems very bizarre. I’m sure the owner pays a lot for rent there. I remember when the TCBY faced North towards HEB back in 1987 onward but now next to Smashburger facing East towards the mall. We have always liked the yogurt there. Cake batter and White Chocolate mousse are some famous favorites of ours. My wife and I like the variety of fresh toppings and my kid likes the strawberries.

Usually I love this place. However, the last time I went the young girl locked the door more than ten minutes before closing time. Either she’s lazy, or the other employees don’t mind staying open to the stated time. Maggie moos from now on.

They are supposed to open at 11am. Showed up at 11:18am, doors were locked. Called them and they hung up on me when I asked why the doors were locked. Twice.

Yummy place to get your sweet tooth fix. Lots of froyo and toppings to choose from. Just be careful to not get too carried away because they charge by weight and it can all add up to be very expensive.
