My husband and I went to the 31st st location to apply for credit to get a new bed. The sales guy kept complaining about how hot the store was, and that once his boss came in he was going to «dip out». The process of getting us approved consisted of: 1. Getting all our personal information 2. Problems with the software(I am guessing) 3. Having to go through some website to only have more trouble… 4. The sales guy finally called them directly, and said that we had to give the company permission to gain access into our account to see if the deposits from our employer were genuine. 5. After giving them all of that, and them verifying everything successfully… he hands my husband a paper saying that we have to take it to our bank to verify that he is on the account! After an hour of verifying… he wants us to verify we are on the account! A complete waste of our time! His response…“I am sorry we cannot do anything for you until you bring that paper back.“ Needless to say… we will not be purchasing anything from this store ever! You just lost a customer, and I will not be recommended ding this store to anyone I know… very displeased!

I handled my transaction via telephone and everything was super easy. I had been looking for a mattress for awhile and I was able to talk to a customer representative named Chris who was super helpful and was able to give me good advice. I was able to purchase my mattress and 0% APR financing, and have my mattress delivered within the week. I would definitely recommend going here to get a mattress. Great customer service.

Bought my 92 year old father a bed in late February; by April, he started saying it had a large ridge in it that made it difficult to roll over. We did not know about their ‘Happiness Guarantee of 100 days” so failed to take advantage of it. It is now 5 months of having this bed and the rigmarole that one has to go through to get a replacement is ludicrous(It’d be another $ 100 to have it done – an inspection fee plus another delivery fee). There is no bend in their 100 day rule. The mattress and bed frame were not terribly expensive. It will probably be two months before anything is fixed. In the meantime, my 92 year old father who has several ailments as well as prostate cancer, has to sleep on a defective mattress. The saleswoman who sold us this bed was not in the store the day I called. The woman in this store told me she would send an email to her but apparently, did not do so. She said she would ask my saleswoman to call me by sending this email. I called the saleswoman at another store the next day; she was very busy, as if she was alone in the store. She asked if she could and did return my call so close to 5 pm that I could not call the warranty department until Monday. She was unbending. It does say we have a 10 year warranty. What does that mean if trying to use the warranty is so difficult and slow. There is nothing on the receipt about their Happiness Guarantee, so we did not use it in time. We did not expect the mattress to have any problems. But to make a warranty so very difficult is unacceptable.
