Then the common area in the building need a good power wash cause they are dirty and so when you walk into your apt you find footsteps in your floors. There are wasp nests everywhere and they knock them down and the stains from that are still there. The gym is small one outdated none trad mill and elliptical machine; can’t see the numbers on display really. Then tv face one direction on the wall.

I have lived at Pecan Pointe for almost a year and completely in love with my spacious and open floor plan which is flooded with so much natural light!
The property is lush and well groomed. The pool, spa and built in outdoor kitchen just make this property extra special! They also provide a 24hr gym and have a business center when needing to print or scan any documents. It has been quiet and the walls are well insulated. Overall, this has been the best choice for the perfect apartment home living! I am signing for another year and look forward to a couple more years to come!

My wife and I lived here for three years and had an overall positive experience the whole time. The maintenance staff is excellent and quick, the office staff are polite and helpful, and the apartments themselves are in good condition (we have leased both 2&3 bedroom, always clean and ready on move in day). The pool is a fantastic amenity and it, along with the rest of the grounds, are well maintained. Plenty of parking and neither my wife nor I have ever been concerned about vehicle or apartment break ins. The apartments are well located, about 10 minutes from a target, best buy, walmart/​HEB, etc. The only reason I am holding out on the fifth star is the fact that some tenants fail to clean up after their pets, but they do provide «doggie stations» around the property. If only people could be responsible without being policed… Still, a great place to stay.
