This is a hidden treasure that deserves more. Food is nuts! Eat the Diablo ravioli. Definitely my favorite. The Alfredo sauce is out of this world.

I am a Gluten-Free eater & our waitress was so sweet & kind enough to show me some options. One of them being the Chicken Milanese, they used extra Chicken, Mushroom & Spinach. The service was phenomenal& food was even better! A great hole in the wall, if you’re an Italian food lover this is a great spot to check out.

Never fails to comfort and put a smile on my face! Drove an hour and a half just to have their chicken parmesan and alfredo! Amazing food and even more amazing people.

The Dibz Penne is phenomenal. Seriously– try it. The sauce is reminiscent of Chicken Tikka Masala(coming from someone who cooks and is obsessed with Indian food)…creamy, flavorful, and with just the right tang from tomatoes to balance it out. I love this dish so much that I haven’t ventured to the rest of the menu, but this will keep me coming back. Their garlic bread is also homemade and delicious. I even like that the interior isn’t fancy… it’s great for a calm and casual evening.

Lived in Temple for almost a year and just tried Dibz for lunch with the family. This was beyond a doubt our most enjoyable meal since moving here. This was some of the best home style Italian food I have had since living in Chicago over 10 uears ago. The staff was so welcoming it was like coming home for Christmas. We were treated like long lost family and we left trying to decide which evening we’re coming back this week.

Had yet another fantastic diner! I highly recommend this place. It is simple homemade italian food. No frills just really good food. The tangy mozzarella bites were so good I had to get an order to go. The spaghetti was fantastic love the sauce. Also the triple delight is great. Lastly you must get the tiramisu. Do not let the look of this simple restaurant put you off. The décor is homey. I do not go to a restaurant for the décor but simply the food. This is one great place to eat.

We very much enjoyed our meal here! We had spaghetti with Italian sausage and fettuccini with chicken. The entrees were a good portion size and very delicious! The staff was attentive and very polite. This spot is great for a date night or for casual dining. We will certainly be back!

Dibz had my favorite pizza. It is thin, crisp & fresh. Some times my son & I stop just to share a pizza & bring what we can’t eat home. Interior is a little dark & drab, but the food & service make up for it.

I didn’t like the food here at all. I had the Calamari and the Ravioli Diablo. My Calamari was soggy and chewy, albeit the marinara sauce was tasty, and the Ravioli Diablo had way too much cheese and not enough flavor. I came in on a weekday and the place was dead. The cook(items definitely were not made to order), had to be called to «prepare» my food(I guess he stepped outside for a minute). They did have a nice wine selection for such a small establishment. I had a chardonnay while I waited for my order in their very dark seating area(my order was for carryout). I’m very surprised that this place received such high marks from other reviewers. Needless to say I’ve had enough Dibz for a lifetime.

Just had an excellent spaghetti with meat sauce lunch special for just $ 6.99. Staff was very friendly. A bright spot downtown… eat here!

I thought the food was fantastic. Tortellini Carbonara was rich, flavorful and satisfying… I ate it all! The Lobster Ravioli was also delish. We will be back

My girlfriend and I love Dibz. Anytime we are in the mood for Italian food this is the place we choose hands down. Some of favorite items on the menu are the calamari for an appetizer. It is always fresh and crispy and is paired with a delicious marinara sauce. For entrées we enjoy the ravioli Diablo and the mr. Summer’s pasta. The portions are huge and well worth the money. We have always had good service and look forward to returning.

Been there many many times Pointers: Everything on the entrees menu is AMAZING!!! If you go there and order the chicken genovese it will change your LIFE! I make sure my friends know before going that 1. Never order the basic stuff, it will be good but just like every other Italian place 2. Get the house salad dressing 3. They stopped having rosemary bread because someone freaked out on them, it was the BEST! sad day!!! 4. The desserts are phenomenal even the basic tiramisu was the creamiest most tasty thing ever! 5, this is authentic Italian the owners are Italian, don’t expect atmosphere this is their homey little shop yes there is a tv, sometimes the service takes a bit of time but that’s all part of its charm. I like that there isn’t someone forced to read me a wine list or prattle on about the 10 new menu items. No happy birthday songs, annoying kids or overwhelming menus. 6. Everyone I have taken here(20 ppl or more in the last 2 years) has LOVED it because I explain these things, they get something crazy good, and are hooked. If you want a 20 minute frozen, reheated lump of pasta sauce flavored junk go to Olive Garden if you want in your face service and to be called to your table with a buzzer by all means eat elsewhere so you can have flavorless food fast and cheap. If you want quality, family owned, homemade, friendly genuine service, a friend for life(the owners always remember you) and seriously delicious food you’ve found the right place!!! And to those who have posted reviews based on the owners having a FAMILY?! Shame on you! Perhaps a sterile corporate environment would appeal to some but I think it’s a beautiful thing to put family first !

More like a babysitting service! Cartoons on tv for owner’s kids. Salad dressing out of a bottle. Dry chicken — like near beef jerky texture! Horrible service. 2 small raviolis on kids meals! It was a joke. We will never ever go back. One of the worst service and food at a restaurant EVER.

We went here on a Wednesday night and were the only ones in the place. The prices were decent but the food was nothing special. It’s a cute little place but could really use a bit of an upgrade. The tables are dressed in brown plastic tables cloths-terrible. The wine list was pretty well-rounded and the menu offered quite a bit. I got the fettuccine alfredo and my husband ordered the chicken pasta with«sunset sauce». Both were decent. Nothing inventive here. The fettuccine was pretty under flavored but with a little salt, Parmesan, and pepper flakes, it was good to go. I say, give it a try. I’ve definitely been to worse Italian food and the serve here was top notch.

The food was outstanding! I was very surprised by the quality of each dish. My Cesar salad was served on a nice chilled plate. The lettuce was fresh and crisp. I finished my salad and waited for my entrée for about 10 minutes. The food came out hot and had very nice presentation. I would suggest the tortellini for you pasta lovers! Mine was perfect! As far as price goes, the entrée section hovers around $ 10 – 15, so its very easy on the wallet. Definitely check this place out!
