I ordered brisket with filet mignon and bbq pork spring rolls and Thai tea. All were delicious!!! I’ve tried golden deli and a few other phở spots around town. This is the best. Clean and friendly service. You can take it to go. Nice management. Will be coming back to try more items on menu.

Like this place. House Special Phở & Chicken Curry with Baguette were good. Bf enjoyed their red chili sauce. Tropical Iced Tea is unsweetened + free refills. Service was good, but slow at times(due to one waiter working front of the house). Clean interior. Would go back.

Waited almost 10 min, the guy/waiter keeps ignoring and keep walking past us, walked out without being asked as to why we are leaving. Horrible service. I know its lunch time, but they should know about that already.

Had to write a review after the amazing guest service I received! I lost my voice, and the waiter was so kind to help me. He also brought lime for my tea. Gave me some great tips to help get better faster. I really appreciate his help The restaurant is a gem in El Monte, don’t judge the outward appearance it’s actually really nice inside. Tiny, but really nice and great prices.

This is the first time at this location. When we do go it’s normally the location on 6th st and live oak in Arcadia. I only go with the wife and kids otherwise I would go somewhere else. I have had very bad customer service experiences. I don’t think they understand customer service. So we get here tonight and after the«Thank you for waiting» the waitress says, we are out of Chicken, noodles and rice. We get past that we all want ginger ale to drink and the waitress comes back and says sorry we only have one left. Here we go again.

It was late Sunday afternoon so the place was very quiet. We were the only table and then a walk-in to order to go. All of us ordered phở because the weather is perfect to eat a bowl of piping hot bowl of noodle soup. And those phở soups were not disappointed. Beef was tender, soup was hot. We all like the soup flavor more than Golden Deli. Portion was just right. We all left the place satisfied.

A young waitress asked whether we wanted tea so we all said yes. Later we found out that the menu said $ 1.50 for each cup of tea so we told her that we did not know that they charge for tea. I told her that we wanted to change to water and the waitress yelled out loud«I already made them and of course we charge for tea its stated on the menu clearly. She then slammed the cups of teas on the table.

My husband and I usually go go Golden deli, but since they are closed for the whole October we decided to drive around the area for a good Phở place. And a couple of blocks from my house. The service is great!!! The lady who I think is the owner is very attentive with a good positive attitude. She always has a smile for customers which is very important. The place is nice and cozy although small, the ambiance is okay. The food is great and tasty. I surely recommend this place

Ahh, how I love phở. This has to be one of my favorite spots. It’s also a few minutes from my house so it’s perfect. The waitress is soooo sweet and funny. She always makes me feel welcome. The restaurant itself is small but very clean. It looks different from your typical phở restaurants. There is a small parking lot but there is also street parking. FOOD: the broth is so delicious and flavorful. I usually add tons of sriracha and lemon to make my phở more flavorful but not here! I usually get the rare steak. The steak is so good and they give you a generous portion. I want to try their sandwiches next. Oh and they’re closed Tuesday’s!

Friendly service & clean place. I ordered the Bun Special, but the owner came back 5 minutes later after taking my order to inform me that they ran out of bun. It’s Monday at 1:10 pm, how do you run out of bun. So My husband & I both ordered the Phở Dac Biet. The portion is big, but the broth lacks the Phở flavor. It was overwhelmingly SALTY. We decided not to drink the broth fearing it might raise our blood pressure. If the broth is excellent, you will see me drink all the broth. In this case, I didn’t. I had to drink my ice water to wash down the salt. I thought I would give this place a second chance, but again I was disappointed.

Much better than the other Phở-licious down Live Oak in Arcadia. Phở is good, the chicken curry is good, and the spring rolls. The other place didn’t have the shrimp and pork(goi cuon) spring rolls and made me wonder why. I gotta have those spring rolls or else… because that’s my usual order along with rare steak phở. Overall, the place is a bit small but the workers are nice and welcoming.

Came to this place twice now, it’s hard to find if you aren’t sitting on the passenger seat. Easy to miss. The food is definitely a bit pricey, ranging from $ 7.50 the house special to $ 12/$ 13 the highest price. The portion size varies in my opinion. The first time I was here I got a small portion but the second time, pretty decent portion. Service is decent considering there’s only one person serving and food comes out pretty fast. *The soup is SUPERRRRSALTYAS **** All the drinks are pricey, maybe to pay for rent? Hot tea is $ 1.50 whereas if you go other places, their free. It’s worth trying at the very least.

The chicken curry my sister ordered was too spicy for her. The ingredients didn’t list any chili but there were jalapeños. Without the spice though, she said it was delicious. The phở dac Biet was very flavorful! I didn’t even need to put hoisin sauce! And the waiter even gave us scissors to cut our noodles because he saw me struggle to transfer it into a smaller bowl. So nice!

Super hole in the wall. Lots of flavor. Their phở broth is spectacular. True story. I got the beef phở. Tender and big size too. The spring rolls are killer. I got the chicken ones. Their peanut sauce is out of this world. Give this place a shot!

I was super excited that they opened up another pholicious closer to my boyfriends house. This place is located in a small plaza right across from the gas station on Lower Azusa. I usually go to the Pholicious in Arcadia because that’s where my parents live, but now that I’m with my boyfriend I pretty much live at his place now. He lives just 5 mins away from this Pholicious and yay I’m so happy. This is probably the only phở place in 626 that looks CLEAN! They for sure wash their utensils and tables very thoroughly. They don’t have the utensils displayed on the table like other phở places do, thats probably how they keep things so clean. They already have chopsticks and one napkin out on the table right when you sit down, but they bring the spoons and the little sauce dishes when your food comes out. The Arcadia location is also very clean as well ! The best thing about this place is that they have a vegetarian section! A lot of phở places don’t have a section for vegetarian food, or they just only sell«phở noodles only, no meat» or «vegetable phở» –_– That is not vegetarian friendly in my opinion. Why? Because their soup broth is still made out of meat, and because there are no soy products(fake meat) in their phở, just vegetables. The dish I always get is their vegetarian chicken phở. The vegetarian chicken is delicious to me, but for you meat eaters, it will probably taste like cardboard haha. I have also tried their phở with vegetables(carrots, tofu, bokchoy). They also give you the option of regular meat broth or vegetarian broth. Of course I always get the vegetarian broth and it is so tasty! I always come to phở places with a meat eater, and whenever they eat Pholicious they always say their soup is very clean, light and tasty. The meat quality of this place is also a lot better than other places. Service is AMAZING at both Pholicious locations. They are just so nice, humble, and on top of their stuff. Always making sure we have water and checking up on us from time to time. Their personalities are just a lot more friendly in my opinion and it always makes me want to leave them a big tip for being so damn nice!

This place is pretty good. It’s also fairly new, I believe they opened in November of last year. Their first location is the one in Arcadia. The first couple times I went, it was amazing. The phở noodle was one of my favorite things about this restaurant. But the recent times I’ve gone the noodles were over cooked and were falling apart. Kind of disappointing since they had been consistently good. Service is always amazing, friendly, and prompt. Parking lot is a little weird and cramped but there’s usually always parking. Pricing is okay. CLOSEDTUESDAYS!

Phở for lunch with coworkers. Found this place nearby and it sounded good. I decided on the Phở House Special that had four different types of meat tossed including brisket, flank, meatball and tenderloin. The soup had plenty of noodles, but was a bit light on the meat. The meat was tender and flavorful. I added some spicy sauce, extra green onions, bean sprouts and lime. They also had some green onions floating in beef fat on the side, if you wanted to add it to the soup for extra flavor. The service was quick, pleasant and efficient. Many of my coworkers ordered the house special as well and thought it was good. When I am out in this area again in the near future, I will definitely stop by and pay this place another visit.
