The Apple Xchange

Today I traveled to The Apple Xchange – third repair due to broken iPhone screens. Seems my family does break a few screens. These workers know what they’re doing + can remove small case dents. If you have a few dents or bent case, this becomes an extra cost due to labor. They basically clean up the iPhone, replace the screen in under one hour. Never had an issue as I highly recommend The Apple Xchange to all.

Fixed the screen on my wife’s iPhone in 45 minutes. Used the Unilocal $ 10 for $ 20 promotion and saved 10 bucks. Phone is as good as new.

Can’t say enough great things about Apple Xchange. I had my cracked iPhone 6 screen fixed in February and my phone was as good as new. As far as quality and comparable stores in the valley they are the cheapest and offered a discount if you purchased their coupon on Unilocal.Fast forward three months and a few days my iPhone screen started to lift which caused touch screen issues and blah blah. Huge problem as the whole phone is one giant screen. Called and spoke with Jake and even though it was a few days past my 90 day warranty they fixed it for no additional charge! No questions asked and it’s back to being good as new. They’re quick too! Jake is also super knowledgeable about all the macs in the store. I’ll def. be back!

My screen had been cracked for well over six months but who’s counting and after cashing in on their $ 10 for $ 20 deal I decided to take it in. My total came out to about $ 120 and then I got $ 20 off with the Unilocal deal. Well worth the expense considering using my cracked phone was equivalent of sticking my hand in a knife drawer.
Service was friendly and the repair was quick about an hour on a Wednesday evening. My phone looks brand new! They give $ 10 off cases with a repair so I invested in an otter box because it’s only a matter of time before I drop this phone again.
I guess my only ding is that I have to hit the screen a little harder when typing but that may just be because it’s new?
I hope I never have to bring my phone back here again but if I do, I know I can trust their work.

So after my issues — Alan reached out. He and I talked through the problem and although it doesn’t seem like there is anything that can be done to get my mac back to what I believe is acceptable performance. My experience with Alan and his honesty has made me a fan.
Sometimes you can’t please everyone — but it is how you respond to challenging situations that makes an impression.
In the end I may not be totally satisfied with the outcome of my mac and its performance but I am totally satisfied with Alan and The Apple XChange.
So my update is 5 stars.
And next time I need something … I will be back.

Okay, sad story, I accidentally poured soup on it. I firstly went to the official Apple Store, they said they will mail it to the repair center and do a diagnosis. I think I need to confirm the agreement of paying before the diagnosis? I also went to Ubreakifix and Data Doctors, both of them gave me higher price and told me how complicated the problem my Macbook has.
I knew I should ask Unilocal.I went to this place, told them my problem. He said he will firstly do a cleaning with $ 50 to see if it works. It took only less than a day (except Sunday)! They said the topcover needs to be replaced because of the soup remains under the keys (and I destroyed some of them because I thought I could clean it by myself, stupid).
Again, it only took them a few hours to get my MBP topcover replaced. The delete key has a little problem after a week and they fixed it for free.
Very quick and efficient service. The staff are very nice and friendly. The store is tidy and clean. The price is fair. I would definitely recommend anyone to this place for purchasing or repairing Apple products.

They know the ins-​and-​outs of Mac repairs. Fairly priced. Fixed my MacBook in 24 hours, after Apple Store said it’s unsalvageable. Thank you guys!
UPDATE: 3.5 months later: the same hard drive cable they fixed broke again. Although past the 90 day warranty, they fixed it without argument free of charge in 3 hours! They are AMAZINGLY loyal to customers.

Phone dropped and I did a quick google/​yelp search. These guys popped up and were close by (where I used to live). I was able to receive same day service. I went over to Thrive for an Acai bowl and Sprouts, both businesses are nearby/​across the street at Southern/​McClintock, while I waited (approx. an hour or so). Was about 80 bucks If my memory serves me correctly, under a 100 for sure. Afterwards, my phone was shining bright like a diamond! :) This place is awesome.

About a week ago I took my shattered phone screen in and true to their amazing Unilocal reviews, they had it good as new in 45 minutes! The following week I decided it was time to purchase a new MacBook, I was on Apple’s website ready to make a purchase when Apple Xchange came to mind. I remembered seeing refurbished computers and laptops in their store. I have never purchased a refurbished laptop before but I wanted to give my business to Apple Xchange and give it a try! So far so good! About ½ the price, they upgraded the speed, and a 1 year warranty was included. I would recommend them to anyone.

Any apple product, old to almost brand new! Bought my 2015 15″ MacBook Pro at a great price and it comes with a 1 year warranty from the date I purchased it and they transferred everything from my old to new one for free in a day. I’ll definitely be coming back– but hopefully not anytime soon to replace my new laptop, but hopefully for other products.

These guys are great! I bought a 27 in iMac and two MacBook pros in the past six months and saved bunches. The sales team is knowledgeable and friendly. They’re patient too, even for a guy who knows squat about this stuff.
The service exceeded my expectations today when I brought my iMac in for a failed hard drive. They replaced the drive with a new one and spent hours restoring my data that wasn’t even backed up! No charge BTW.
WAY TO GO GUYS! I’m a customer for life!

these guys were great. Use the Unilocal still got my screen replaced for $ 85 and it only took 20 minutes. I would recommend them all day every day

I brought my son’s iPhone 4s here because it was turning off after he had dropped it. The back of the phone was also loose. They recommended a new battery and said the back needed to be replaced. Total would be $ 65 and done in 45 minutes.
I came back in an hour, and the tech said the phone wasn’t fixable. Despite working with my phone for close to an hour, I wasn’t charged.
I went home and found my old iPhone 4s (that I only replace with a new phone because the battery was bad) and brought it to The Apple Exchange. They replaced the battery in five minutes for $ 30. Bonus — I found the store on Unilocal,and they had a buy $ 20 of service for $ 10 offer. So, I purchased it and actually only paid $ 20 for the battery and service.
