I’ve been in here a few times over the last month. I’ve asked a ton of questions each time and everyone has always been more than helpful. Brandon is one of the most knowledgeable grow guys I’ve ever met. These guys kick ass!

Just to balance and add perspective after reading the one negative review… if you don’t grow that ‘one type of plant’, go somewhere else. Why leave a negative review for a place you don’t use or need? Its like leaving a negative review for McDonalds because you prefer Burger King. Just stupid. These guys are FANTASTIC!!! Exceptional product and process knowledge. Always great prices, often better than ordering online anywhere. Warm and welcoming every time. Best in the Valley! The other shops mentioned also have good things going for them. I’ve shopped them all over the last 6 years. S.O.G. has beaten prices from all of them and has been higher on a few things. Same as the other shops. Unfair to single out these guys. If you’re a good customer they will match an advertised price if you ask. Never once had a problem. Remember, volume purchasing is everything from a retail perspective (ex; Walmart). No one in the valley has a larger inventory.

There are other REAL garden stores around in the valley. This place is clearly tailored to one type of grower, if you catch my drift. Which is ok, but at least the prices could be better. $ 16 for a bag of soil? I mean yikes! talk about markup! I went to the Grow shop and the same bag was 11! talk about a great deal.
Do yourself a favor and go to Homegrown Hydroponics, The Grow Shop, and U Grow.
They only want your money at Sea of Green.
