If I could rate zero stars I would.
I haven’t eaten at Taco Bell in many months – I now know why.
We went through the drive-​thru because Taco Bell actually sounded good. We ordered the new Quesolupa, three Taco Supremes & two Cheesy Gordita Crunches. Ok. I get that it’s Friday night and they’re busy but come on! The Quesolupa was complete bullshit. The whole thing was mushy and the «pulling cheese» is a myth. The «cheesy» Gordita Crunch had no cheese on one side & the other side wasn’t even melted. The Taco Supremes had hardly any meat, no tomatoes and half a head of lettuce; I don’t remember ordering a salad!
What a disgusting meal. Somebody needs to train the staff so that they aren’t half-​assing their job.
We WON’T be back!

Don’t ever come here unless you’re trying to take your food home to cook for yourself. I asked the guy behind the counter to reheat my food so the cheese would melt and he rolled his eyes and crumpled everything on my tray into a ball and tossed it away instead of just heating it up again. I’m sorry, but is it really that difficult?
Management should try looking for employees with common decency and respect.

My rating goes 100% to Michael B. Best customer service I’ve ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. He was friendly, understood everything I said and got it all right the first time, he was quick and multi-​tasted efficiently without compromising the service. He’s an all-​star!

You’d never imagined a taco bell to be a good place to eat, right? Wrong. This taco bell makes some pretty tasty tacos and shit. I prefer it over real Mexican food almost any day. Also, when compared to Del Taco, Taco Bell is pretty much heaven grade food.

I went to Taco Bell this evening and ordered a supreme Chalupa with no sour cream when I got home there was maybe a teaspoon of meat in my taco. So I called and asked them how much meat they put in the taco they said one scoop. I asked how much meat in a scoop they couldn’t tell me. so one bite of my taco no more meat. So I got a shell with no meat only lettuce and cheese and sprinkle of tomato that’s it I guess I won’t be ordering this anytime soon for the price it’s not worth it thank you.

This Taco Bell has the same food as every other Taco Bell. BUT it has some of the most amazing staff. Each time I come here I am warmly greeted by a staff member. Mindy and Sean have amazing customer service skills! Thank you both for making my ordinary experience much better then expected.

I have been here a whopping two times because each experience was horrifying. The first time I went here, I got food poisoning. It was mild, but food poisoning is food poisoning and I really should have learned from the first time. Because the second time I went, I got food poisoning so bad I thought I was literally going to die. I had almost 105 fever, body chills, I couldn’t move, and you could clearly guess what else was going on. I have never felt so sick in my life. Something going on inside that TacoBell is completely unsanitary. Please please beware. I got the cheesy gordita crunch both times.

Ah, not much to say. The tacos were just ok, I am never over enthused by this place but it makes for a good late night snack or hurry up and eat a light taco between meals type meal.
You can actually order the shredded chicken taco and replace with grilled chicken and it seems to be quite healthy.

You owe me a gift card for all the money I spend here that gets waisted. The sauce i pay extra for that I never receive, the shity food I end up throwing away because apparently your Taco Bell doesn’t like to follow the same standards on food. I’ve takes no my fair share of your dumb surveys and never have received a response. Waist of time, waist of money, tasteless, inconsistent. Get your shit together.

Slow slow service most of the time at this location. Some of their older staff don’t seem to happy to be there and it shows in their interaction with the clients at the front. Still love the food but they need to work on their service. It’s not FAST food for sure.

If I could give worse than a one star review I would. The manager personally messed up my order and wouldn’t replace the missing item or refund the order. We called the cops and even they would not help us. This manager that looks like a crack whore should be fired. She was so rude when speaking to us and we not helpful at all. I cannot believe what I just went through.

Stopped by the drive thru having 25 minutes before work, and it literally took 30 minutes to get my food!!! No exaggeration!!! I was 5 min late to work!!! When I got to the window I asked to talk to a manager and a young kid named Kevin came to the window pretending to be a manager after questioning him I found out he was not a manager… The entire time I was talking to him he was just trying not to laugh, he looked high w/​blood shot red eyes… As soon as he turned around to walk away he started laughing… Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience he was extremely rude… My food was cold all I got was a crunchy taco and a $ 1 burrito it was cold and the taco was soggy… Won’t stop by this Taco Bell again.

I don’t expect a lot out of Taco Bell but this was ridiculous it took 20 for me to get my taco. The whole time I was waiting i had to listen to an employee complain to his friends about how he doesn’t want to be there and about how he doesn’t care if he gets fired. My advice is fire the whole staff and start over defiantly won’t be coming back

This location has always had a quick drive thru, good customer service and has never got the order wrong. The one thing that I believe sets a toco bell drive thru apart though is the amount of taco sauce they give you. This location never disapoints.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. I must say the customer service here is delightful. The drive-​through line moves pretty fast and the food seems to always be freshly prepared. My only downfall to Taco Bell is all of the different items on the menu have the same ingredients

The food at this place is not what I have a problem with. It’s always fresh and tastes good. I have a problem with the old hag that works there that has like three teeth. I’m sorry but if you are over the age of 60 and can’t greet a customer properly, maybe you belong in the back, washing dishes. Because this «lady» is rude as all hell. I have been here a few times now and the first time I thought maybe maybe she was having a bad day but today I was there and wow… same attitude. I mentioned it to some friends and apparently half Temecula has been treated rudely by this «lady.» She deserves to be fired.

Food is standard and ok. Typical Taco Bell. But gave me the wrong stuff in the drive thru. This is why there should be no minimum wage. These people are worth about $ 2 per hour.

Stopped here to try the new Limeade Spritzer. Since I had a BOGO, we tried the regular and the cherry limeades. We utilized the drive thru and the transaction was smooth. Luckily, there wasn’t too long of a line.
The total came up to less than $ 2 total for 2 regular drinks. I would have liked more cherry in the drink, but I’m not sure if you’re able to request it.
Great drink for a hot day.
