Absolutely wonderful! We just moved here and the neighbors, the management, the upgrades, it is a dream come true to live here. We love our apartment and are so appreciative of our management. You really feel like they care. It’s a great, quiet community with everything you could hope for. I am so glad we chose Margarita Summit Apartments.

Not a bad place to live at all. Whenever there was a problem in the apartment the staff was always right on it! The only thing that sucked was the parking I enjoyed my 2 years there.
