Good manager and staff maintenance guy does a great job. A nice quiet place to live good for family’s kid friendly good schools near by place is kept clean and any problem s are taken care of quickly. :)

This review is for the adjoining apartment complex, Rancho Townhouses, managed by the same management.
This complex is pretty nice for the price. The walls are thin and you will hear your neighbors if there is a crying baby or people bickering. We only lived in the two bedroom townhouse for 4 months and didn’t have any issues with our neighbors. The only complaint I have is that on weekends some of the neighbors would play their music loudly, which is clearly on the lease agreement that music shouldn’t be loud enough to be heard outside the unit.
The members of the management that we interacted with included Tamera, Jessica, and Elka. Tamera was the head manager and she was friendly and professional. Elka was nice mostly and detail oriented, wrote down a lot of info which I appreciated but she has a demeanor that can quickly turn sour. Jessica was new and replaced Tamera and just starting when we were moving out. Jessica seemed friendly but didn’t follow through with what she said she would do. She told us we would call us back, and didn’t, we had to repeatedly call her and the complex. It was unprofessional that once we moved out they stopped responding to our messages regarding our unit deposit. We did get our deposit back but not in the 21 days that it was promised. The maintenance guy, Jose, is the gross pumper that is repeatedly depicted on TV. The few times he was in our unit, he seemed lazy and didn’t do the best job fixing things, but the fixtures that needed fixing were cheap anyway so I suppose there’s not that much he could do.
One major thing we did notice was termite droppings! When we alerted the staff about it they didn’t believe us but thankfully collected sample to get tested. And it was termites. The pest control inspector told us the whole complex is infested. The staff told us that they would take care of the termites so I hope it happens.
We only lived there for 4 months and they told us they had to clean the carpet for $ 100 and they charged for «light cleaning» to clean behind the refrigerator. We had specifically asked Jessica what we needed to clean so we can get as much of our deposit back as possible and she didn’t tell us to clean behind the refrigerator and so we ended up losing $ 50 for that.
Overall our brief experience at Rancho Townhouses was ok and I would recommend it to someone if they only plan on living there for a brief period and are on a budget. Frustrating that we lost $ 150 because we only lived there for 4 months and Jessica had agreed that our apartment was very clean, I doubt there was even dust behind that refrigerator…
