Dang it… It’s delicious and better than Subway, yet made faster as well. Delicious! They have their own brand chips and funny signs all over. Good place to go with friends.

Not a bad sandwich. Pretty good most of the time, but a bit pricey for what you get. However, I tried to get them to deliver 8 sandwiches to my work location and they advertise delivery. I looked it up on their site and I’m 1.4 miles from their location and they will NOT deliver an 8 sandwich order to us less than 2 miles away. Seems ridiculous. I guess we will not be ordering from them again any time soon.

The first time I ordered from them they delivered in 15 mins and everything was great! The second time they took 45 mins(after I called because they missed my order) and they didn’t make it right. Disappointing since they’re so delicious!

Nope. Not impressed. Tried this place out based strictly on Unilocal, and was seriously disappointed. I ordered two sandwiches, tuna and an Italian. The tuna was just standard and the Italian was horrible. Ordered both sandwiches with no lettuce, and both were lacking on ingredients, proving that they stuff their sandwiches full of lettuce and very little meat– VERYLITTLE! Don’t be fooled by the pictures you see posted, my sandwiches looked NOTHING like them!

Pretty much just another cookie cutter corporate owned over priced joint. Not a good value. Be prepared to be served by the usual underpaid 20 year old who will sarcastically call you sir. They charged $ 2.50 for extra meat and did not put it on the sandwich. Jersey Mikes is WAY better. But hey they deliver! Wow sir I am so impressed.

I have mixed feelings about this place. One day you’ll get a good sandwich with a good portion of things inside and another day you’ll barely have anything in your sandwich. Although, their service is very quick. You won’t be waiting for your sandwich for more then 5 mins. I also think it’s cool that they add cucumber slices into their sandwich, at first I thought it was weird but I had to give it a try and it actually tastes good especially with the mayo sauce. It adds a good balance of flavor. This place is a pretty good sandwich place, but it’s alright, nothing special.

Went here once awhile back. I’ve been to locations out of state before and recall enjoying it. But the service was borderline unfriendly, though I don’t care that much about that since it’s a casual restaurant not fine dining. And maybe it’s because there is so many quality sandwich joints popping up these days, it seemed a bit boring as well. It’s not bad quality, it’s just a big«meh». Not much creativity or anything to set it apart from other joints. I would have given it 3 stars realistically, but I recently found out that the owner of this chain is a big game hunter. Which I really cannot endorse at all or want to put any kind of money into that pocket. Google it! You can find various pictures easily of this guy posing with his recently killed majestic animals so he can prove what a big dong he has.

This place has the best sandwiches and I was really surprised how fast they are made! You literally order and then less than 5mins your sandwich is made and in your hands! The food is fresh and bread is soft. The service is amazing just like the food!

Service was great. Greeted our family when waking in. Food was good but the lettuce wraps sub we ordered kinda fell apart. Will definitely come back!

Well it was just ok not anything to get excited about. The humorous signs all Over especially in the bathroom are worth reading !! They all made me lol . Basic sub type sandwich… not bad but not exciting either!

As far as fast food sandwich places go, Jimmy John’s is sub-par at best. I ordered the #2 Big John roast beef and it was thoroughly disappointing. Simply a couple of thinly sliced pieces of roast beef under a pile of shredded lettuce and thickly sliced tomatoes. And the bread? Meh!!! With the number of choices and competition in the sandwich market — I’m giving Jimmy John’s a hard pass. Thanks, but no thanks!

The Good: Fresh ingredients and lightning fast service, the sandwich was ready almost right after I paid. The Bad: The sandwich… boring and tasteless. I ordered 2 Pepe’s(ham and cheese) and after eating mine I said to my wife«that was a boring sandwich» to which she replied«I’ve had so many people tell me how good they are» She then took one bite and said«I’m with you» Conclusion: In that area, I would go to Rock N’ Jenny’s or if you don’t mind a small drive go to Campini’s.

My kids and I stopped by Jimmy Johns last night on the way to a church meeting. I thought the Slim sandwich would be perfect for my kids to share as it’s an 8 inch sandwich that they can cut in half. Keep in mind, the Slim is meat and bread ONLY. They don’t put anything on it. I had heard this from someone and didn’t mind much as my daughter doesn’t like anything on hers and I was ok to squeeze some mayo and mustard on my son’s. I ordered the BLT — the bacon was obviously the ready made, microwave kind. Not that tasty. When ordering, the girl said«Day old bread, right? «What? Umm, no. I told her that I wanted fresh bread. She took this as me wanting to buy a loaf of fresh bread and added it to my order. I’m still not sure whether we were given fresh or day old bread for our sandwiches. She told me the total and I asked why it was high($ 16 for two sandwiches and small drinks should have been $ 13). She said it was because I wanted«fresh» bread. I was so confused at this point and she and I went back and forth until she agreed to remove the loaf, that I didn’t ask for, from our order. About halfway through our meal, I ordered a sandwich for my husband to take with us. Their menu lists freebies as some veggies, yellow mustard and oil and vinegar. Well, the only yellow mustard they have is in packets. They cannot squeeze any onto the sandwich. Why list it if you’re not going to put it on. My husband wanted extra vinegar. Well, this is not possible either as the oil and vinegar is actually an Italian dressing of sorts. Again, why list oil and vinegar if it’s dressing? When we made our way to the restroom I came to the conclusion that this isn’t a «Family» establishment, but one meant for men. There is nowhere to hang a bag in the unisex bathroom, and it’s decorated with signs of a man peeing in different situations. Not appreciated by a mom with a 4 and 6 year old in tow. Overall I was disappointed in my trip to Jimmy Johns. We had planned to go to Chick Fil A for Cow Appreciation… we should have waited in the long line. We would have had a more enjoyable experience.

Everyone has their favorite sandwich shop or chain that they’re loyal to. So I understand that some like Jimmy Johns because it’s familiar. Having limited exposure to the company(Chicago, SF), I tried it in SoCal(Fontana) and was unimpressed. Was still interested to see the result when they opened here. After a few tries, here’s what happened: The first time I came(opening week), the staff was so eager to demonstrate their«Freaky Fast» service that the sandwich was wrapped up and served at the register before I even paid, so I wasn’t given a chance to customize the order at all. All subs are on 8 inch bread. The«Giant Clubs» have extra meat and cheese, but I noticed negligible differences between the Giant Club Lulu and regular Turkey Tom sub, other than price and a piece of bacon. The«Slims» are just bread, meat, and cheese – no option for vegetables nor dressing. You can ask for mayo packets and put it on yourself. What’s interesting is that they carry their own branded chips, cookies, and peppers. Chips are kettle cooked and peppers carry a nice kick if you’re into that. There’s an option to «Jimmy It Up,’(basically get all freebie toppings) but you wouldn’t know unless you saw the sign in the kitchen. In fact, there’s a lot of random reading material on the walls if you dine in, including the claim that«gourmet» was merely a descriptor assigned by Jimmy’s mom. The sandwiches can get messy when you eat them, as evidenced by the unwiped tables in the dining room. The bread was a hard chew the first couple of times, but have since been a little softer. The most surprising thing is that they charge for a cup of water. 27 cents(25 cents but because it’s taxed, add another two pennies). Really? Try if you like, but even for this small community, there are still a dozen other sandwich shops worth your money and loyalty. And that water fee is pretty absurd. 2.5 stars.

I really enjoyed the sandwiches but don’t frequent businesses that charge for water. I asked for water cups for the kids and I was charged for cups. Didn’t realized it until I checked the receipt later. I would have appreciated being told before hands. Take note Jimmy John’s… Don’t nickel and dime your guest!

Gourmet sandwiches??? Really… you call white bread with a few slim slices of meat and a bunch of tasteless lettuce gourmet? This is about as amateur a sandwich can get. I had been told by Chicagoans that this is the best sandwich around, and thank goodness it finally made it to SoCal! Um… yea, no. We have fantastic sandwiches made by local business owners in SoCal, and they pile them high with fresh bread and unique ingredients. Oh no to mention that they don’t even toast sandwiches at all. So no, you can’t get it toasted, and no, they don’t have little containers for dressings. The employee insisted that if I wanted dressing I had to hand her back my already BITINTO sandwich! Health concerns much? Yes please take my bitten sandwich back into your assembly line, thank goodness for your future customers that I’m heathly. Jimmy Johns, you are as mediocre of a sandwich chain as there will ever be. Never going back, and not recommending. If I want a sub-par sandwich I can get one at 7 – 11 for ½ the cost. Peace.

3 starts for efficiency. 5 stars for quality and being, well– Jimmy John’s. Temecula needs to work on FREAKYFAST. My food should be done by the time I’m through paying(standard at other locations, regardless of the line) and the sandwiches should be tighter. I shouldn’t be waiting for my sandwiches to be finished at JJ’s. Also, the employees could also be friendlier(which is also standard at other locations). I’ve visited JJ’s in quite a few locations in Colorado and Las Vegas. Established locations seem to have it down pat. Perhaps the Temecula location falls short due to lack of experience? JJ’s has always had delicious sandwiches with quality ingredients.

I recently went by Fatburger and saw that this place had opened up. I’m a big fan of both sandwiches and burgers so I was excited to see that a new place opened up. When we got there there were people eating and ordering a head of us. Service was quick and the staff was polite. They have you order and pay, then they make your sandwich. I prefer the subway method where you watch the people make your food that way they get it right. You can also say more of this or less of that, but not here. On top of that, they got my wife’s order wrong. She hates tomatoes and her sandwich had them on it. My wife ordered the #2 which is a regular roast beef. I got the #7 which was a «giant club» with ¼ lb of meat. I also got chips and a drink and the total came out to be about $ 18. We took our food to go and when we got home my wife saw that her sandwich only had a couple pieces of meat on it. My ¼lb sandwich seemed like the same size you would get anywhere else. The meats and cheese on mine were very good. The bread, however, took the sandwich from being very good to ok. They advertise fresh bread, but it did not feel that way. It might have been fresh at some point in the day, but seemed like someone had left it out and it started to harden. Also, as one other reviewer pointed out, it had zero flavor. They have their own brand of chips, which was my favorite part of the meal. I got the bbq flavored ones. They were delicious and a decent sized bag. The thing that surprised me most was this place only sells cold subs. They have 5 – 6 different options and they come in different sizes and you can add a few different add ons. There is nothing unique about this place There are a ton of better options in the area and I don’t see my self giving this place a second chance.
