Quality tea and helpful staff. I was browsing and started talking to an employee about their matcha tea. It’s quite pricey but as you only use a small amount at a time, it will last a pretty long time. I was interested in some Moroccan mint tea to make Iced tea with and she brought that out along with her recommendation for Jade Citrus mint that had lemongrass that she preferred over the Moroccan. And I agreed, it had a much better aroma. I was quite pleased with my purchase. They always have free samples of tea to try which are lightly sweetened with rock sugar. So feel free to stop by while shopping and wet your whistle.

I am fairly new to brewing my own loose leaf tea at home so I stopped in Teavana for some helpful tips. The employees are always so helpful and also very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about water temperature and some of the best vessels to use. Most of the store is currently 30% so I was able to pick up a few items. They have a large selection of loose leaf teas to purchase as well, along with samples throughout the store to try. I’m very pleased with my experience with the staff and will return.

Addicted to the pineapple berry blue tea, sweetened with their rock sugar. Also recommend the golden monkey black tea for something less sweet, but just as refreshing.

Great little tea place organized like most other teavana places around. Sadly there is very little area to walk around and explore but if its not to busy when you go than its not too bad. There is also some tea out to sample, which is always a plus in my book. The service here is great. They seem to be laid back and easy to talk to. I don’t find them too pushy but it can be hard to walk around a small store without feeling like your being closely watched. Anyways, if your into loose leaf than this is the place for you. The tea is expensive but will last you a while, and its quality stuff. If you come at the right time than they will have some sales going on, which can save you lots of money. Every time I come here I find myself wanting to buy more tea. If tea is your life than go for it, but for the rest of us we still gotta make rent, and teavana is a luxury.

Absolutely worth the price. I love the sales team. Pricey, beautiful and fantastic! I’ll be back and recommend. Even my kid loved the different teas.

I went there 2xs in the past few weeks and dealt with the same person. She was super nice and gave me a relaxed vibe. I had looked online for the items I wanted first, so when I told her what I wanted she found exactly what I was looking for — then brought me straight to the counter. I didn’t feel the pressure of sales, maybe because I knew what I wanted and didn’t pay much attention or maybe I just got a good employee? I’m not sure. I didn’t spend much because they had a huge December sale, but I’m glad my is didn’t receive a negative experience like some others did.

This loose leaf tea shop is pretty much like all the others. The tea is good. Get talked into actually buying a ceramic teapot, or tea accouterments and quietly resign into poverty for the rest of your life. Kinda weird to have«tea pushers» here unlike the other places where they actively place a taster cup into your hands and try immediately to up sell you. Pressure aside it’s just OK. I don’t love tea enough to spend a hobbies price on it, but may be good for a gift. Perhaps for that tea-loving Englishman in your life who still insists on tea time in the foyer with family who no longer exists in this century. Just saying.

Stopped in here for a tea, and tea is what I got! Couldn’t tell ya what I ordered, but it was tasty as hell, ice cold and sweet. The service was helpful and everyone was really nice. Not sure they need 6 people working in that tight space, but with Starfux down the way, I guess they need all the help they can get. Me personally, I’d rather have Teavana any day.

Their tea is wonderful, but the sales people are just awful. The store is too small, probably by design so that it always feels really busy. The sales people do things wihtout your permission, and then ask you if that is «OK». For example I refilled a tin I got as a gift and they filled it all the way up and then told me it would be 20 some dollars and asked if that was«OK». I would rate the tea highly, but the price and the sales people turn me off greatly. One of the other reviewers compared it to a used car salesman, and that is very accurate. I think from now on I will buy online, or elsewhere completely, I will not go back to this store.

There’s a point when pushing a sale trumps customer service. Over priced tea that is served as sugar water.

Love Teavana’s teas! Excellent selection. Not a big fan of the pushy sales people. If this review were solely based on the tea selection and quality, I would have rated Teavana a «5»; however, the pushy sales people and the fact that it is a little pricey dropped the rating down to a «4». Highly recommend.
