Korman Residential at River Chase

We have been continuously disappointed by Korman. Especially with maintenance requests. 90% of the time, the people never showed up and, when we called, we found out that the people never even put our request in even though we called multiple times to make sure they did since this has happened to us many many MANY times. When we had mold in our apartment that ruined many of our things and gave us bad allergies, it took a week and an angry call from my mother for them to finally come out. Then it was a day and a half process full of loud fans and workers coming in and out during finals week which made it impossible to study. Atleast the workers were nice. Many of our appliances including our AC, dryer, stove top and oven have failed, and all our sinks have leaked.
The only good thing about this place is they allow dogs, but that also means your are guaranteed to step in dog crap at least once a week. Nobody picks up after their dog, probably because Korman only has a total of 3 pickup stations spread ridiculously far apart so no one uses them. They are cheap Korman, get more. Overall we have been very displeased and will not be living here again nor will we recommend Korman to anyone. Only one month left in our lease and we can’t get out quick enough.
